The Hot Tools is good for someone with long hair. The Calista definitely is the most like the Amika. The Drybar gives you ringlets. It costs more than the Amika!!! I tried one from Head Kandy. It has infrared heat and gives nice results!!
Hi Julissa. These are all great dupes. It is hard to choose one😄. The Hot Tools brush reminds me of the design of the Revlon One Step Plus - it is so cool that you get a heated brush in this design.
I have the hot tools one, I love it, but I find that it's easy to get my hair stuck if i'm not paying attention and it mostly straightens and just bends the end. I definitely want to try the drybar wand. I appreciate there are high heat settings which my thick coarse hair needs, unlike GHD.

We had a rotacional brush years ago, I guess my mom bought it in 2012. It’s useless, it may work to curl the ends but it doesn’t work to actually blowout your hair. My mom’s was from polishop. I don’t see the point of buying another hair tool just for that, I can get the same thing from hot rollers or airwrap

Personally I’ve tried the revlon heated silicone brush it’s the closet dupe to amika

the blowout professor here on youtube said with the dry shampoo, you have to spray just the scalp not the hair
Yes! Because it’s supposed to pull all the oils from your scalp your ends normally aren’t oily
