Thank you one million times… I couldn’t sleep to find out what’s wrong with the car till I finally saw your video. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
You're welcome! I assume your vehicle works fine now?
Man this is why I prefer 90s and 00s everything 😅
Exactly. Save the manual and the normal key.
So I’d seen your vid on upgrading the ground on a 2014 GMC sierra/Chevy Silverado and I’m having an issue with my truck right now that when making turns at low speed, my truck will kind of lose power and worst case scenario it completely died and it’ll read a stable track issue on the dash and so I figured it was a ground issue at the ground wire underneath the passenger fender well and so I cleaned off that and put it back on and shot some pain over to prevent it from the elements but it’s still doing the same issue would adding another ground wire like you did in your video help with that. Thank you 🙏🏽
Adding another ground won't hurt. Did you research power steering issues for that truck to see how other people addressed it?
@@AnthonyJ350 yes sir I did couple forums had said wheel speed sensor or the cable leading to it could be frayed or cracked so I’d checked the cable both seem alright but i did change out my tire like a month or so ago idk if that’d cause the issue but just kinda asking for outside advice on the matter and thank you for replying
@@chris82238 I would have the truck scanned to see if it threw any codes.
@@AnthonyJ350 I think my buddy got a snap on scanner I’ll give’em a call and see what going on
@@chris82238 Let me know what it says after. I'm curious to find out what the issue is.
What? Why can't it store and reload the calibration? If the argument is that it could become corrupt, it is no worse than having a computer on all the time. Plus, many mitigations against corruption exist already.
No idea. But I could replicate the problem every time. Disconnect the battery push the horn and brake to discharge the capacitors in the ECU.
Hook up the battery and it won't start. If you pause, it might start. We found just push the brake down all the way, it'll start. Cycle the parking brake and test drive.
New computer controlled vehicles are awesome...
@@AnthonyJ350so if i disconnect and reconnect a battery, i have to press down hard to get it to start, and before driving apply the parking brake and take it off with the car still on?
@@Pwn3540 That's correct
@@AnthonyJ350 thanks. I'm wondering if I can just apply the parking brake before turning the car on
@@Pwn3540 You can try a different sequence if you'd like.
