Oh my gosh this is exactly what I needed! I followed along to your splits routine for one month to get my right split, and then another month to get my left split. Now the only one I need is middle! I love you so much Anna, and I've been stretching with you since October 11, 2021. You are my teacher and I will never leave you! 💕💕

Ok so first of all I have to say you are MIRACLE worker!!! I had about and inch from doing my middle spilt and my gymnast niece recommended this so I tried it with her and now I’m about a pinky finger nail length away from my middle split. I also did your back stretcher and now I can almost do my chin scorpion pose. Anna you and Sofie Dossi are my top fav contortionists but Sofie doesn’t give any stretches and exercises to get certain poses but you do and you’re officially the BEST! Love you!
