Good work Roy. Just a heads up. Those actuator screws will walk very easily and will give cycling problems when they come loose. I tighten mine with an impact screw driver. I dont want lock tight because i know I will be working on it again. I will be replacing firing the pin today, for the 3rd time.
Hello, I would like to ask if you can advise what's going on with the Hatsan Blitz 30, when the semi and full auto functions have stopped working, it just doesn't charge as if the striker didn't come back and the magazine couldn't turn around ... thanks a lot for the help

You've put something in wrong there and i can't tell you exactly what just by this i would have to have it in my hand that is why i mention if you don't feel comfortable do this or not experience do not do it. You'll have to take it apart again to figure out what you did or what is missing
I'm sure you could but I've never looked in to it the shot count is already high and thinking of a reg on it I believe the fps would drop unless adjusted for more fps then you'd lose shot count. That sell a 700cc tank on Amazon for it I know that
Nice video! Anyone have an idea what could cause the .30 to start firing in full-auto when set to semi? Mine arrived with loose set/lock screws (hammer/endcap: sorted), it starts firing full-auto after shooting 20-30 pellets from cold.
the metal square on the bottom of gun behind the trigger with stock off could have a missing or broke spring or something causing it to stay in full auto position which i believe is pushed in if I'm correct
@@airpower7692 Thanks for the reply! I checked that part first and it works as intended. Or so it seems. Strangely enough the first 20-30 or so shots go fine in semi, it almost looks like an issue caused by heat expansion. When it starts to go in auto, it starts with a few shots per squeeze ramping slowly up until it shoots fully automatic with each pull of the trigger. Is there any other part that could cause this, like in the hammer or valve assembly?
@@airpower7692 That might just be it. When I got it, the locking screw was completely loose. The one holding the allen bolt in the hammer nearly came out, any idea how many turns counterclockwise it needs to be starting from fully screwed in?
i just look through that hole that the set screw is in and screw the hammer spring screw in until the threads cover the hole almost all the way then put the set screw back in hammer to hold the adjustment screw

the camera makes it look real orange but in reality it's burnt orange lot darker i think the lighting makes it look this way

didn't think about video the paint job i really just wiped it down with 91% alcohol and painted it then matte clear coat to make the paint stay

this could be a mag issue itself. it's hard to just guess with out having the rifle and taking it apart to investigate

If you mean the rod with that black cup on the end that is the actuator for when you fire the air pushes it forward and recocks the gun again

only thing i can think of would be hammer bounce. I'm really puzzled on that one
