I only use wooden tooth picks or orange sticks to remove any seals, then impossible to damage the O-ring seat with a metal tool. One false move and possible to damage the seating groove.

At Lexus. A Master cylinder recall for the shaft 0-ring. The bulletin had us use zipties. Fold over the end to walk under the 0-ring. Not damage to surface. This one seems a smaller so it might not work.

Every airgun I've bought the shroud is screwed in with some sort of thread lock like lock tight. I use a heat gun on the shroud. You don't need a lot of heat. I stay about a foot away on low setting just enough to evenly heat the shroud up. This breaks the seal and it easily unscrews.

I bought a #2 size to get the 40mm Mikuni slide carbs off my GS1150Ez drag bike. No more rounded screw heads!
Thank you for posting this. I just ordered a Blitz 25 yesterday and I'm trying to understand how the cycling mechanism works. After watching your video, now I DO! 👌

Yeah those breach o rings can be a b**** on any gun. And that's usually my problem finding /sourcing the right o-ring.

  • @marksman349

I dont think you need to do all that, I think you could bend/manipulate the o ring with a couple picks or a couple pointy objects so it falls out, Mine I looked down an it was caught around the bolt probe I slid it back in with couple pointy but dull objects.

Someone else had this issue. I don't know what is going on there besides the sear not holding the hammer or the adjustments screw on the hammer is too far out it's really hard to diagnose something I don't have in front of me I know it's hard to get parts from hatsan from what I hear I've never had to deal with them personally

The most I can get out of mind is 62 foot-pounds bought a new hammer spring and a new hammer and the new Hammer is thicker and little heavier than the old one that's about the only way I can get to increase power
