Man you don't know how much I thank you for this video. Im a beginner in photography I just bought a canon EOS REBEL T7 and I'm learning how to use it. You're video was very helpful to me. I appreciate it so much. Much respect bro.
After trying to read the booklet for like 2 hours and feeling hopeless, I was pissed I waisted 2 hours of my life when you summed it up so beautifully in only 12 minutes 😂😂. Keep up the work you are saving lives
The booklet didn’t help me much either. Arghhhhh I think Canon assumes we all will RUclips in depth instructions. Exactly like what we are all doing HERE🎉😮
Really appreciated that you covered the very, very basics (inserting battery, attaching lens, etc.) for those of us who have always used our phones as cameras. Thanks for this tutorial!
Just wow. Absolutely fantastic beginner tutorial. I'm so glad I found this! Finally some one explaining the modes instead of just calling them garbage and telling me to ignore them. I've been trying to teach myself for months and you're the first person to tell me I can change Shutter speed and Aperture while viewing it live in real time on the screen. This all makes so much more sense now! Thank you, sir! God bless you.
I bought this camera a year ago and got flustered and put it away. I broke it out and watched your video and I want to say thanks. I am an absolute beginner but you have gotten me started. I really appreciate it. New subscriber.
Just got my T7 (my first camera EVER besides the one on my phone) last night and been playing around with it but this video has helped me a bunch to understand the different settings. I saved this video so I can come back to it while I'm out taking pictures today!
Getting my t7 this week and I’m excited to start messing around with it! This video is great and very helpful in getting started quickly without having to read a bunch of instructions :)
is there a way to manually disable the flash? what are the buttons used for near the lens? and what does the flash button do? I just got this for christmas and I am trying to learn all that I can! thank you!
I just bought my t7. Coming for a PowerShot S5IS that's at least 15yrs old is a big difference. Thank you so much for your videos. Definitely a new subscriber.
Thank you for this, just ordered a bundle package for the canon t7 and this helped a lot. Definitely will watch it again once I get it. Huge step up from my canon xti so obviously am excited to get a more modern camera
Hands-down the best video for beginners on the T7. To the point and all of the relevant information you need to get started. Excellent! Can’t say enough good things after looking at several Others and still being uncertain. You are a great teacher as well as video producer!
So helpful!!! I'm a beginner and the instruction manual is useless and some of the videos don't provide just the very basic how to's....like how to delete a photo?!?! I figured it out, but there are so many features it can be overwhelming!! Glad I came across you!!🤘🤘
Great video. Presentation speed is just right. For those who think the pace is too fast, the space bar will pause/play and the left-right arrow keys will rewind-advance the video.
I love your video, I just bought my rebel t7 on Sunday and I've been watching videos and videos and with yours I've understood better, I can't wait to go home and play with my camera, thanks :)
I am so happy I found your video. I know basic SLR, but not with a digital. I was thinking I bought a lemon. You were clear and right to the point. Thanks so much
A quick and informative video really allowed me to understand the operation of my new T7. Thanks. You should try not to talk with your thumbs... when you are pushing buttons with your right thumb as your left thumb dances around the screen it is sometimes confusing as to which thumb is activating the camera functions.
So I just bought this today because prior to this I was using Canon Powershot SX560 HS, which was a good camera!! But upgraded to this and my kit came with Two extra lens for only $600, which is a steal. I do have a photography business so upgrading was a must. With more clients and everything it was worth it!!
Hi near the beginning in manual mode you said your going to check your light metering and half press shutter to do so. When I did that nothing was showing on my screen. Is there something in my menu I turned off by accident? And also do you have a video going into what light metering means and if it wasn't set to the middle neutral how you know what to adjust? Haha thanks!
Thank you! This was very helpful. One basic question: How do I SEE what I'm about to take a picture of? You shot several of those sample shots without seeing the framed image. Help!
Thank you for explaining Canon Rebel T7, I have watched several videos and I am learning overtime and practice helps a lot. Thanks much for the tutorial.
what settings with this T7 would be ideal for lowlit nightclub where u need the subjects to pop out with vibrant color and maybe even the club lights in the background to pop also, while preventing any blur without using a tripod? thanks
Thanks for the very informative tutorial but I wish you’d gone a bit more on the video mode. I just got the T7 and the videos I take are very blurry, especially at close up. Do I need to change any settings to sharpen and focus my videos?
omg I just got this camera and words cannot explain how helpful this was. I watched it last week to learn how to use it so I could take pictures for my school newspaper and I got an A+ on it (yes my teacher grade my photos, yes I know its weird)
Thanks this helped me so much! My school just opened up a photography club and this video was our homework! You did such a good job showing me how to use our cameras thank you so much! ☺
I watched a couple of other videos and I like this the best because he was talking right to the point and didn't splinter off into a million different directions. stayed to the point and for that I thank you! :)
Can you go through how to set it up with the iPhone app? I'm trying to shoot my own photos but I can only get it to connect to my phone when I'm at my house through my WIFI which doesn't help much when I'm shooting out in the field
Um can I purchase a microphone for this type of camera? I purchased this not realizing it was mostly digital so can I still like plug a microphone into it?
I have watched several guides to this camera .I think that you laid out all the features and functions in the most logical order. Thanks for making this video.
Just bought this. Battery is charging and I’m super excited to use it. I used to use a simple point and shoot then when cell phones cameras got better I used that. This is going to be a big learning curve but I’m up for it if my photo game is better.
A lot of people are saying it's rushing. I'd understand if I was just looking at a camera too. But I'm not a beginner but this video definitely helped me so much! Thank you so much. I have a quick question though. How can I keep a photo zoomed 10x in? Or will it always automatically zoom out once the photo is taken? Because I'd like to get some cool moon shots
Please for example can we buy a EF S 17-55 m it’s a different lens from original but they said it’s for this t7 one ? Does it work and make different in quality Compatible with the canont7 or

Enjoy your new camera!
Luis De León I just bought mine any advice, do you still have it or have you upgraded
Hey @TbonesTech this video was amazing
Buying myself a t7 next week! Saving your videos to rewatch them once I start playing with my new camera!
Thanks for the info, mine should get here tomorrow, and I am stoked! The last camera I had was a T-50, so it has been a while. ✌
After trying to read the booklet for like 2 hours and feeling hopeless, I was pissed I waisted 2 hours of my life when you summed it up so beautifully in only 12 minutes 😂😂. Keep up the work you are saving lives

Thanks! Glad it could help you
@@TbonesTech hey bro can u connect this to your iPhone just curious
Yea I’m pretty sure u can
I got this camara on my birthday a year ago and is been so much fun. I love it and it really takes very good pictures and it is easy to use it.!!

Helpful, but beginners like me need you to talk slower.
Yes indeed.
Naomi... go into YT setting and set the speed to 0.75
Pause

My t7 when I try to take a picture on a setting it tells me this button is not available on basic zone mode. I don't know what to do.
You just saved my life. I started a photography class and was totally lost. This really cleared things up!
Glad to help!
Thanks for the video, if you can please let us know there is a small roter just in front of the optical view finder, what is it good for
moving very fast explaining the features. I'm very new to this
Kayisha Thompson his camera was about to die lol 😭😭
Thank heavens for pause and rewind ;)
Yes, please slow down. 😳
just back up the video, its not that hard...
Ok but like, a pause and rewind button exists 😂 I'm new too and I thought he was gr8
Thank you for this video!! my question is, how do i put the strap on HAHA
🤪😂
This is by far the best video for beginners. Thank you so much mate. You really helped me a lot!
I'm actually planning on buying this camera soon.
Awesome man thanks for watching
Big double jointed thumbs up on this one. Thanks for not having a 10min intro.

Going to buy this camera. Great video!!! Thanks
Good tutorial
Thank you
4 years later, your video is still useful
There is so much information in this video, I keep going back and watching again. Thanks for covering some very important basics for us beginners!
How do you get the camera to focus? When I zoom in with the lens it refuses to focus
Late comment, but hold down the shutter button and it will automatically adjusts the focus, then it will take the picture for you.
A quick and informative video really allowed me to understand the operation of my new T7. Thanks. I just bought an eos rebel t7 camera, and I must say, your video really helped me! Where would I subscribe to get your newsletter?
So damn good - You covered a ton so I'm gonna probably watch this 2 or 3 more times. Thanks
