    YES! That makes perfect sense.
My husband, of 34 years, has ALWAYS been a type A, with anger issues.
It USED to reduce me to a pile of tears.
But, not anymore. I try to tell him:
I can't read your mind. I need you to explain this to me so that I can understand WHY your so upset & how do we move on.
    It's working.
You'd think after 34 years we'd have this all ironed out by now. But, it took me filing for a divorce in 2020 to get his attention.
It's work. It's hard. But worth it.
It also helps that I'm not TRD anymore. 2.5 years of ketamine IV therapy is changing me.
I told my favorite VA doctor that if I have to explain how it's helped me is:
I feel like I'm waking up from a 30 year walking coma.
... and I raised a daughter in that coma. 🥺
I haven't been interested in ANYTHING in years. "Get a hobby". Grrrr.
Well, I'm coming back to life, via ketamine therapy. AND ... restarted my YT channel. I'm still a noob, throwing spaghetti at the wall to see what sticks. Getting better at this each video I make. So, I've found my hobby. Going to really give it my best shot & see where it leads.
I'm thrilled to be coming out of the walking coma. I still have plenty of hard crying days, but nothing like pre-ketamine therapy.
    Thanks for the video!
    Rose💜

I have studied the triangle we called it treaglation where we all play the parts depending on the situation.
Thanks for talking about it, it can really help us understand ourselves and our behavior❤

I struggle with being able to focus on the outcome if there isn’t one that is good enough. I’m suffering with ambiguous grief and a lot of confusion about things that are distressing me. So I’m curious to hear if you have any alternative perspectives that I haven’t heard yet because so far, no one knows how to help me. I’m late discovered autistic so my understanding and thought patterns of things regarding problem solving is quite unique. My circumstances are also unique. But I want to see if anyone reading this would be able to help me navigate how to move forward from “victim mentality” considering my situations are unique even on a high ambiguous level. I don’t like to victimize myself but it’s hard not to when you’re still a victim. Some things will never truly be in the past, when for most people it is. It’s hard to process and leave things in the past when you’re like me who’s just trying to understand it and then figuring out what my options are from there.
