Came here after Taylor’s passing and I am just so thankful I was able to see the foo fighters live in my lifetime. Just incredibly devastated

Me too. I saw them in Ann Arbor Michigan in 2011 after back and forth and wasting light came out. Best show of my life.
Same. I became a Foo fan because of him, saw them four times and it breaks my heart in pieces when I think we are not gonna see his smile, his talent, his art again.

I think about the people who built that place and how they never could have anticipated this. How special it must be to perform there.
i went there couple years back and man all i can say these folks knew how to build stadiums the accoustics were amazing no amps were needed to hear a person speaking on stage and we were standing on top floor simply amazing architecture

First crowd I’ve ever seen that kept the clapping on the beat! It almost went off the rails a time or two but it managed to stay on the tracks. Amazing!
As a Canadian I can confirm that North American crowds are terrible at keeping the clap going in a steady way. I've got a theory that countries where football (soccer) is huge they are better at it.
From my experience as a Greek we are more than terrible in clapping in the beat. I don't know what happened that night (i was there). Perhaps the magic of this ancient theater did the trick..

can confirm that seeing this live even just as a recording never fails to make me cry. Everlong is easily one of the single greatest songs to have ever been written in the history of humankind and you cannot convince me otherwise.
Dave and the rest of the band are on a whole nother level. I would've been memorized by the sight itself. The background is so damn beautiful, finding yourself selling out a 2000 year old stadium across the world must be one hell of a feeling 💯

that stop, amazingly tight and powerful. to me proves it's what isn't played that can create the most tension sometimes. great ending too. Taylor smashed it, what a drummer, and the guitar tones were huge.
Sad when you realize that nothing can be as good as this again... RIP Taylor
What an amazing venue. How the Greeks have preserved it and also turned it into a place for music, comedy and entertainment really stays true to the origins of the place. Just a beautiful place and beautiful history. 👍❤️🙏. I’d love to see a show there someday. I’d have to make the trek though. 🇺🇸
I never really thought i liked the foo fighters as a kid, but the older i get, the more this song crystallizes a piece of my life and sticks with me.

Went to Athens and the acropoliis in may and was totally blown away by the temple of herodes were this was filmed, going back in June 2023,it was that good, happy memories and Dave and the band make it look extra special

Outrageously wonderful performance of a timeless song. The band's synergy can be felt with every note, lurching forward relentlessly. Taylor's tempo and ferocity is out of this world and a stunning reminder why he was a generational drummer. Such a profoundly great loss.
“This is a call” was released in the summer before my senior year of high school, way back in 1995. I remember hearing that song on my way to my job at TCBY and then going out to buy the whole dang cd after work, and then playing it twice on my way home. Over the years, I have bought every one of their albums, and each album reminds me of different times and phases of my life.
Anywho, I have long loved the Foos, and I’m so thankful for them. ❤️
I watch this video and am excited for the 2022 concert here in Valencia, Spain. It is a very beautiful place too and they say that they wanted to play here.

I listened to the Foo Fighters, also they are not my all time favorite band. BUT When i saw them live in concert at "Rock am Ring" it was something special in a positive way. One of the best Live bands on the Planet!!!
