    Hi - I am Siddharth and I love the way you narrate and explain things. Your presentation is good. I started a week back with one thing added by myself is - a cup of tea 2 times but without sugar. I have reduced almost 2.5 Kgs. so its really good diet plan.
    My question to you is - (a) can we continue it for a month or for longer period?

      +Siddharth Somni yes you can continue till you reach your target weight. If you feel your weight loss is saturating, try changing chapati atta to millet, ragi etc every week. Also take more fibre rich food.

    Thank u very much maine sirf 5 din me 4 kg kam kiye and when i follow your diet further i lose 9 kg in just 10 days amazing unbelievable. Mera wazan 74 kg hogaya tha at the age of 30. My dr said that aapki hathon ki nas nahi dikh rahi hai saline lagane k liye when i was ill then he adviced me to reduce weight. Aur phir uske baad maine apka video dekha aur 74kg se ab mera weight 65kg ho gaya aur har koi mujhse ye diet mangta hai aur mai apka ye video share kar deta hu. Thank u once again

    Eat bhakri (jowar or bajri roti) instead of chapati it will help you loose more... Wheat flour chapati has carbohydrates n if u will eat bajra or jowar roti instead it is very light and you will never had constipation too.... One bajra or jowar roti n one normal chapati in lunch n dinner too otherwise this diet plan is perfect😊😊

      @@ritikarathod6555 jaise jaise es video me bataya gya hai usko follow kijiye pura agar follow nahi kar sakte to kam se kam ( sugar, rice, tea, Patoto ) ek dam छोड़ दीजिए 1 हफ्ते में 2 या 3 kg jarur kam ho jayega aor jis din se start kijiye pahle समय aor date aor वजन एक कॉपी में जरूर नोट कीजिए फिर देखिए कमाल ( सुबह 8 बजे 1 सेब , 12 बजे के बाद 1 या 2 रोटी और हरी सब्जी फिर 7या 8 बजे रात में भी ऐसे ही)

    Sir I would love to try this plan but have a few questions.
    1. Can we drink milk? Can we combine it with the Sandwiches in the morning?
    2. Can we have normal tea? I generally consume 3-4 cups of tea in a day( without sugar).

      1-Yes. Try having skimmed milk though
      2-Ideally no. Or take black tea if you cant control. Milk tea adds calories due to milk

    जब आदमी बजन या फैट कम करने के लिए कम खाना शुरू करता है तो बॉडी,मेटाबोलिज्म स्लो कर देती है यानी पूरे शरीर की स्पीड को घटाकर उसका खर्च भी कम कर देती है,जिसका नतीजा ये होता है की फैट या बजन कम नही होता है,अगर बजन या फैट कम करना है तो खाना कम खाया जाना चाहिए लेकिन मेटाबोलिज्म स्लो नही होना चाहिए
    कम कैलोरी खाकर भी मेटाबोलिज्म यानी बॉडी की स्पीड को ज्यादा रखने की टिप्स
    1.छोटे छोटे निवाले बत्तीस बार
    चबाकर 20 से 30 मिनट में खाएं-इस तरीके से कम खाने के बावजूद बॉडी को लगता है खाना बहुत मिल रहा है और वो मेटाबोलिज्म स्लो नही करती,ज्यादा खाया गया है या कम- बॉडी को ये बात खाए गया खाने के बजन या मात्रा से पता नही लगली बल्कि वक़्त से लगती है की कितनी देर खाया गया है,कम टाइम खाया गया है मतलब खाना कम मिला है,ज्यादा वक्त खाया गया है मतलब ज्यादा मिला है- और इसी के अकॉर्डिंग वो मेटाबोलिज्म को सेट करती है।
    2.प्रोटीन स्लो पचता है इसलिए इसको खाएं ताकि बॉडी उसको
    पचाने में बिजी रहे-जब पेट में पचाने
    के लिए कुछ नही होता तो ही बॉडी
    को भुखमरी का पता चलता है,और
    भुखमरी का पता लगने पर ही बॉडी
    मेटाबोलिज्म स्लो करके उसके खर्च को घटाती है
    3.कम खाने की वजह से जब मेटाबोलिज्म स्लो हो जाये और बजन कम करना बंद कर दे तो एक या दो दिन की चीटिंग भी मेटाबोलिज्म को तेज कर देती है,क्योंकि बॉडी को लगता है बॉडी की स्पीड घटाकर कम खर्च करने की कोई जरूरत नही है,खाना बहुत मिल रहा है।
    4.दिन में दो से तीन बार ग्रीन टी पियो
    5.हर दो घण्टे में दस मिनट चलो-एक बार दस मिनट चलने पर दो घण्टो तक मेटाबोलिज्म यानी बॉडी की स्पीड बढ़ी रहती,बढ़ी स्पीड मतलब ज्यादा कैलोरी का खर्च,जो कि फैट कम करने के लिए चाहिए होता है।

    आप जो बता रहे है इस से वजन बिलकुल नही घटेगा
    मैंने दस दिन तक दो नारियल पानी लिए
    तीन टाइम सूप वो भी सब्जीयो का
    तो चार किलो वजन कम हुआ
    आज पचास दिन हो गए
    सूप व नारियल पानी पर
    वजन टस से मस नही होता जी।।।।।

    भाई वजन कम करने के लिए बता रहे हो या बढ़ाने के लिए इतनी सारी चीजों की कोई जरूरत नहीं होती वजन कम करने के लिए यह सब मत खाओ दूध से बनी हुई चीजें और फास्ट फूड तली चीजें बंद करो ओनली और सुबह उठते ही 1 लीटर गरम पानी और रात्रि भोजन करने के 1 घंटे बाद और सोने से 1 घंटे पहले 1 लीटर गर्म पानी पिए और कुछ करने की जरूरत नहीं है
