Adams Eats maybe you’ve had the ones that have a weird bogey like texture and taste funny. Wild mushrooms are great, especially chopped up small if you don’t like the mushroom texture
It's more the texture. I was forced to eat button mushrooms as a kid, so now when I eat one it's like eating a slug lol

Great recipe, i love porcini mushrooms, the earthy,beefy,meat flavor, i am a true carnivore and this is one of those few dishes where you will not so much miss the meat.

What is so great for him is that all he has to do is find a few ingredients that go together well, saute them with garlic and chili, pick a pasta shape, and he's got a new recipe video he can make! And that's not a criticism, that's the beauty of pasta.

Jamie Oliver will do, i already know it is good though because i have already made a very similar dish prior to this video recipe being aired, and it was delicious.
So I successfully made this last night and it was YUM. Highly recommend rinsing the mushrooms first as it turns out mine had some gritty dirt in them left over in the packet which made it grainy towards the end, but the flavour was amazing! I used the leftover mushroom stock for a soup the next day too. Delicious! Making this again and again :)

Dried shrooms, as good as the fresh ones. My Mom used to make an amazing free range chicken with champagne & morels. But this recipe is not cheap.

Apart from the love fest, porcini mushrooms are apparently the healthiest mushrooms in the world and only grow in Italy; don't throw the soaking water away makes a wicked stock for mushroom soup. Fantastic video.
