Al and ladies I’m so glad the rain is holding off. Prayers for your getting it boxed in dry. My dad worked as a carpenter for many years. So I know the importance I helped in the summers and after school when I could. I never watch your channel that I don’t end with a smile and a warm feeling in my heart. God bless all involved in your endeavor. ❤️❤️❤️🙏☝️🙋♂️tim.
We are subscribed to both here and Kens Karpentry. I must say it's great to watch both and get different perspectives from each of you. What a great crew you all make, including Gina's photography and commentary. Well done all of you!!!
I like the drone footage too. New laws using drones are just another Freedom taken away. At present a drone pilot will need a license if that drone is to make them money. Won't be long till YT ask for a license to be able to monetize videos. It really sucks.
al you have a very nice lot of land and your house is looking great you guys are my favorite vlog to watch. your wife is a great cook too. your daughter is growing up fast good luck to you and your family
The tiny house is coming along very nicely, I think the new farm is gonna be awesome can’t wait to see it. Olivia is gonna luv it. Ken and his crew is nocking it out of the ball park. Stay safe and warm god bless.
Good Morning I'm looking forward to seeing your family's home finished, looks wonderful and have a Beautiful Weekend my friends and God bless you all 🦃⚘
Good morning Lumnah Acres. It must be a great feeling to see your dream tiny house coming along. Ken and his team are doing a great job. It's nice to see you AL working with them. I do love seeing all the views, especially the drone views. Can not wait for the next video.
Al, I know with all the building you will be doing on new property, you will want one of those lifts on the ladder and those wall lifts. These are so neat and useful.
Good Morning, Lumnahs & all you viewers out there. So glad this gable end went smoother than the first. Y’all got a lot done. It’s looking great! Stay safe & healthy. Have a great weekend. Blessings, Love & Hugs from Vicki in Ft. Worth, Texas 🇺🇸🥰❤️🥰🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Ya'll are looking like a well oiled machine. Ken has a fine crew and kudos to you for helping them. I hope you get a nice discount for your efforts. You looked just like one of the regular crew but then again you should for all of the builds that you have done by yourself and with the help of Gina. Keep up the good work and God Bless!
Jeff Caldwell , Al does have experience as a framer as that is the job that he had before he went full time with U-TUBE. I think that Al does enjoy doing his buildings himself. However , in this case there is a race to get the house up before the full onslaught of winter.
If I remember correctly Al worked as a Construction working for awhile. His mad skills have absolutely paid off and something he is right at home with.
Watching this build is absolutely fascinating! Both yours and Ken’s channel are so good to watch. The “TINY” house it’s coming along so fast and nicely. I can’t wait to see it finished and hear how the warm floors are working for you all. It’s the largest “TINY” house I’ve ever seen! Hey Gina! You’re narrating the video great!
Absolutely, I did it on my house and the extra protection was worth the extra cost. Nice having the piece of mind that even if I lose a shingle or 2 in a hurricane I'll still have some protection.
Good Morning Al, Gina and Olivia! I love your chanel and truly enjoy your videos. I do not like to be negative, but I do have one beef. Your property has amazing views and is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, but God's country is Sevier County Tennessee! : ) God actually created it all - and I thank Him daily for all He has given us! Just imagine how wonderful and beautiful Heaven will be where humans have not messed it up! Please keep creating vidoes like this for us! I also like your collaberation with Ken.
Ken and his crew must be Swedish carpenters. When we moved into our house in Scandia ,Minn. we replaced the cedar shake roof and there seemed like a pound of nails per square foot. We did some remodeling a few years later and when we changed a doorway to a window there were 7 nails in one corner of the old doorway. The house was built in 1903. Those Swedes liked useing plenty of nails. Just a fun comment for you to read. :) :) Ken and his crew are great carpenters.
Don Gunderson , I was thinking that as I watched them nailing the peak gussets. So many nails being used I was beginning to wonder if there would be room to place the next nail. lol Those nailing tools were beginning to sound like machine guns.
I got home this morning and throughly enjoyed watching this build. Your right those wall lifters worked well the 2nd time. Learning curve but wow! Al the view is spectacular! See you all Tuesday.
Good morning!! Getting chilly out that's for sure!! Great job by all house is looking great really nice work by all!! Hope weather hold in your favor Al and Gina!! Stay blessed!!
I was curious how the last roof rafter was going to go up. Whoever said “let’s do the last one now (before nailing the 2nd to last)”. deserves free coffee for the week! Great job guys.
Pretty cool guys. I guess he the next build is to mount the windows in the wall while its on the ground. One less thing to be done off the ladder. Those lifts open up a lot of possibilities to work off the ground instead of a ladder. Who knows you might even be able to do a portion of the siding too.
Your tiny house doesn’t look so tiny to me. What a great job y’all are doing. I can’t wait to see the final results. Please consider giving us an inside look at the finished product. A home tour !

Awesome guys! The wall lifts work great now that you have them figured out.
More drone footage of the construction please! Even set it up for a timelapse for the day would be amazing!
I like the drone footage too. New laws using drones are just another Freedom taken away. At present a drone pilot will need a license if that drone is to make them money. Won't be long till YT ask for a license to be able to monetize videos. It really sucks.
Loved that roof raising. Wow what a great, fast job all of you are doing. God bless all of you.

He also worked as a diesel mechanic for a while. So many skills👍

Good for you using the ice shield all the way up the roof.
Absolutely, I did it on my house and the extra protection was worth the extra cost. Nice having the piece of mind that even if I lose a shingle or 2 in a hurricane I'll still have some protection.

@@donaldmiller8629 I really don't see a need for all those nails yet the plywood on the roof is under nailed.
Unfortunately there is a point of diminishing returns where more nails will weaken the joint. I think they were close. 🤔

I am blown away! Super awesome job! Glad Gina was the boss today.
Team work makes the dream work. Great job. Stay safe.
Love it when a plan comes together.
This build is so fascinating to watch. Everyone is doing an awesome job. I never miss a video and can't wait to see what's next. God Bless.

Somewhere a few videos ago they mention he windows are on back order and a few weeks out yet.
No external wall left to be put up!
