It’s a tactic to keep you hanging on in hopes that they leave the other person and come to you. Funny thing is, once you leave the relationship then you become the fixed object that they triangulate in their new relationship. My exact problem would be defending the old supply like he’s in a relationship with her. Last straw was his fellow narc ass sister invited us and his ex gf to a party at her house. I refused to go knowing the sis and ex gf hate me. He overheard me say his sis has been bitchy to me on a phone call and defended his sis and the baby mama like it was his life on the line. I was disgarded and at first could not understand why he was so angry and refused to have a convo. Realized that this was my opportunity to take it as a blessing- anyone who defends another aint your man/woman. Stay strong yall🙏

My brother who I had a fist fight with while he was there. His friend who was cheating on his girlfriend and had a baby. His weak 🤬 self when he made a foul. Just trash. The thing is, once you meet whom they are triangulating you with omg. She is correct with the "frogs with lipstick on" omg. The ex narc I was involved with always triangle with one of his baby’s mama that stayed in North Carolina, he would always say she made sure he was good and I told him let’s both reap the benefits, if she’s gone that dumb. It all happened to me, I was triangulated with his ex, she was also ,,family friend,, and he wanted non stop party with her and their common friends. When I protested against her he would take her side, blame me for being insecure and other shit... My God that ex of his would non stop circulate around us knowing we have little kids, he would ask about her to friends etc... I would cry so much and then he would just shut the door on me and kids and leave for entire night...

You are so correct! He was going through pictures on his phone with his dad and this picture came up with his so called picture friend or old weekend fling that he was with he was married and she was in a bathing suit on a beach. I asked him why did he have that picture of her in a bathing suit in his phone and told me it's nothing. We had been together over 8 or nine years. Later, he told me that I was jealous and insecure. I told him it was inappropriate. He told me he got it off of FB and it wasn'ta big deal. I checked and it wasn't on her page. He spoke to his daughter and her boyfriend and they told him that he shouldn't have had the picture on his phone. His daughter told me the old supply or whatever had sent it to him. I asked him why did it have to take his daughter to tell him it wasn't appropriate. Then he told me that he daughter said, you know how jealous Val is. He was then triangulating me with the picture and his daughter. I'm so glad I'm divorced since September and no contact since June. I didn't understand what he was doing but he used her again after I filed the divorce in an text message to my family since he couldn't get to me, during the smear campaign. Telling my family that she was his friend and I was always jealous of her and she has a PHD and she can help me with my mental issues. This narc is crazy. Telsha, you were definitely correct that this fool is a cerebrum narc. Thank you so much. We have to talk soon because I can share more examples that may help others. I had forgotten about this since it happened so long ago, but you are dead on it qnd I didn't have a clue when did this to me, but jt went on for a while messing with my head.

OMG! The fool I was with did all of the above. He triangulated me with everything. Facebook post, waitresses, his daughters, his female cousin, coworkers, neighbors in his raggedy apartment building ( male and female) you name it. I knew he was trying to make me jealous because every time he mentioned any woman that wasn’t related to him he would always say “She used to like me” every single time. They are delusional🙄 He triangulated with a tattoo on his chest of his 30 something year old daughter’s Mother. Early into the entanglement remember he took his shirt off, I guess waiting for me to notice the tattoo, (which I didn’t because he’s very dark) then when I didn’t say anything he proceeded to say “I see you looking at my tattoo, I’m going to get it removed so you don’t have to keep looking at it etc..) mind you I wasn’t looking at it or him. I was like I didn’t notice😂 after a few weeks he mentioned it again so I asked when he was going to get it removed like he said and do you know he went off on me and got nasty. He said if he does get it removed it will be for him not for me. I was so confused and taken back like you are the one that mentioned it in the first place😳 What in the world! I agree with you that it’s definitely a evil demonic spirit that takes over them for all of them to say and do the exact same thing. Like I told him, the only thing he’s consistent with was being inconsistent. Inconsistent yet predictable. Such clown!

I listen to this post and I couldn’t believe what I heard because everything that you describe I went through for eight years. When he first started having his affair it made me broken and we had just had our son and he manipulated me with the triangulation and I was so scared to lose him because I was so broken. I was not educated about narcissism up until six months ago. I wanted to know your advice when you bring sin and darkness into your life it affects everything that you do. He started doing unacceptable things at work bad judgment and he was getting away with it and then he committed fraud when he didn’t even need to but he just did it just to do it and he was terminated. I was interviewed over it and I had to tell the truth. He was so upset with me because he wanted me to lie for him but I walk with God and I cannot do that. When he lost his job we lost everything but I still supported him financially until he found a job. At that time he asked me not to leave him which I didn’t God gave me grace and mercy. But as soon as he got a job he left me and went back to that affair partner. And then I found your channel and I’ve educated myself on narcissism. He hates me to this day he gaslight me and blames me for him losing his job I don’t care anymore but I wondered if you could talk about how they feel they’re above the law and why they do those things because to this day I’m baffled a lot of people are baffled as to why he did it??? This last clown wore a shiny shiny silver ring on his right hand wedding finger..he said his ex that i later caught him sneaking calls and texts to "STOLE it" for him.. The Narc guy would Triangulate me with Narc female coworker. I shared with him all the things she did to me. Boy, did he use it against me. He would take up for her as if he knew her. This was devastating to me because she played same manipulative game as he did.
