Jakob, thank you for your videos with examples for team cooperative, balance, coordination and other typer of movements. I train kids in climbing and your channels are of my favourite for inspiration of training of the mentioned skills.
Thank you. I'm a self-defence instructor, and I need interesting variation in my warm-up exercises. Since self-defence demands a great deal of coordination, I tend to intergrate warm-up exercises that promote this as well - you know, kill two birds with one stone. Well, jackpot! Thanks for all the exercises, bro. :-)
Thank you so very much, Jakob. I'm a first year physiotherapy student in Brazil and I'm also very de-coordenated and/or fit at all, althog not proud about it. I'm definetly going to try some of these exercises for myself as a goal this year! And I will keep the video for the future as well (: Thank you again!
I will try this out. Im very new swimmer. Going on my fourth week and i have issues with coordination. Im looking for as many exercises i can do to improve my hand and foot coordination to get the hang of treading water. It's alot for my brain to handle, but I know I can overcome even if it takes time.
Best of luck! A lot of these exercises should help you improve your coordination, but if you want to a better swimmer the most important thing is to spend a lot of time in the swimming pool practicing :)
Hey Rumtyme! I think my best advice would be to just move and train a lot, and if your focus is on smoother and more graceful movement have that as a goal during training
@WifeXD: Yes! Bad coordination can be improved by training exercises that challenge your brain and your coordination to learn and improve your ability to coordinate movement. These exercises are examples of just that.
@@kroppsoving That's so good to hear. I'm going to try this out with my daughter who is 10 and very uncoordinated. It is also very hard to encourage her to follow. She gets easily frustrated since it is really hard for her. Thank you for the video and the reply. Have a nice day!
@Rose Black: I imagine it could fit most grades depending on which of the exercises you use. I usually use it with students from 7th grade to 12th grade, but have also tried some of them and adjusted to as low as 4th grade :)

Hello! I usually work across a floor and back again with a small break between sets. Each set could be between 8-12 reps depending on the exercise :)

What should one work on to have smoother body movement and move more graceful?
Hey Rumtyme! I think my best advice would be to just move and train a lot, and if your focus is on smoother and more graceful movement have that as a goal during training
Can I choose only one exercise or i must do all ?
Hey! You are free to choose the ones you like the best and do only those:)
Can bad coordination be improved? :(
