His body doesn’t have distorted lines and deformed insertions. You can tell that it is molded by proper form and adequate recovery bringing back the good old Mass with Class. 🔥

Vissers is small for 4 weeks out, I thought he was going to beat Ramon, now I don’t think he’s got it, imagine Bumstead.

I’m seeing a new level of muscle density and muscle maturity in Wesley. this is one of the big things that has given him a breakout.
It took me years to realize how too really use my elbows when i would preform any lateral raises, theres a sweet spot when the elbow raises in the right angle

This is smart pre contest training. Very intense with low risk for injury. Wesley looking great and if he really manages to improve his AC conditioning, I definitely see him and CBum duking it out. From the past I've learned never to rule Wesley out for the win because there was a time I didn't see him ever placing higher than 6th or 7th....Man did he prove me wrong and I gladly admit it. So I will never dare say he can't beat CBum at the coming Mr O. But it wil definitely not be easy as CBum also is looking spot on and there also always will be politics at subjective judged sports.
