He has an episode on the Real Bodybuilding Podcast and i definitely recommend listening to it, sounds like a great dude overall.

Whenever he says "yesss" after Wesley completes a rep, he sounds like a cartoony mad scientist who marvels at the monster he created. I love it and I need a recording like that for my gym sessions

If he really cares he wouldnt train Wesley. He trains Urs for yeaes and now the is training his "opppnent". If he really would care, he would only train Urs.
@@Johni_martinithat’s not how it works in bodybuilding my guy.. he is a coach. Not just Urus coach. His job is to make athletes improve and that’s what he does.

Everytime you talk you get my attention... why? Because you're calm, clear, and concise.
Even though he is Dutch. You can understand him better than Cbum when he talks

Cbum has the overall package especially on the waist section but lowkey I love Wesley’s physique more, since he represents that Golden Era look more, I hope he was born with tinier waist or V tapered look, instead kf the more Y shape look.

Two experts at work. I remember how Stefan brought up Fabian Mayr's lower lats to tremendous thickness. That may indeed be the missing piece in Wesley's already incredibly wide back.

Man that’s like a master chef kitchen there. It’s got the best of everything. I’d dig that elbow into my hip on the high pull. Angle the elbow in towards the hip. Makes the low lat attachment scream.
