@@vinnyvangoethem6426biggest reach and best ambassador are different things. Derek lunsford number 1 dutch oak number 2 on best ambassadors. They are more positive, and teach more about the lifestyle.

You need reach, crossover appeal and a great personality to be considered a great ambassador (in my opinion) bumstead is a really nice guy as well but kills Wes in reach and crossover appeal. Think Wes’s time is coming though. He is one of my favorite guys out there. Seems like such a solid guy
Wesley is well schooled. He really knows his craft. Very very knowledgeable. He will actually be a great ambassador for bodybuilding as a whole. Very much approachable. And he is very very articulate too.
It is insane how much progress Wesley made the pas few years, but also how much he grew.
Not only did he became huge in size, he also became a huge name in the sports. Finally getting the recognition this man deserves.

Wesley is educated, articulate, great personality and ambassador for bodybuilding. The new look for classic division and the look ehat bodybuilding should be. Not the giant meatballs of little aesthetics they call open division which has turned into a freak show.
The open division guys all look so short and fat of muscles. There is nothing aesthetic about it. They all look freaky as if they have some kind of disease
Wesley is doing everything right to be the face of classic physique in the future once Chris is gone. I can't wait to see this version of Wesley next to Chris this year.

After leaving cbum channel and coming here, I actually am more of a fan of Wesley editor and how he shoots and edits these videos. Super clear crisp shots and angles of muscles performed

Love your style videos no cringy angles from the ground to make the person in frame as big as possible (ant view). I felt almost as if I was there watching you guys train, caught myself smiling a lot of times which is uncommon watching a RUclips video.
So true what you were both saying about once you get over 30. Im 46 now and still train very hard but in doing so (or being able to do so) means being more mindful in exercise order, selection and execution.
I trained from my teens through till my late 20's got big, lifting heavy, indestructible, then took some years off and came back to it in my late 30's felt amazing, got back into it doing what I knew worked best and within a few weeks had tendonitis in both elbows, a dodgy left shoulder, and a sore left bicep tendon lol. took a long time to recover from all three but a valuable lesson learnt
I really prefer Wesley´s form over Bumstead. lol
CBum has an AI body. But his arms Don't match Wesley's. Wesley has that classic, Arnold type arms.

Wesley's structure is near perfection. Chris and others still have their weaknesses, even though they're still great. But Wesley is statuesque.
CBum has Arnold's ultra low lat insertions. Wesley has his arms, chest (almost) and legs (unfortunately).

here you see at 19:15 that wesleys biggest weakness is that he has no clue how to pose and show the lats propper when the arms are not raised….
and terry isn’t showing him the bodybuilding way
Chest compeltely relaxed
thoracic spine/sternum pushed out forward to the max
lean slightly back
abs are stretched not crunched
shoulder into max inner rotation and pushed down in the ground
then flare out shoulderblades to the max without crunching the spine and abs again
you will feel a pull on shoulders NOT chest especially if your shoulder mobility isn’t great and if it’s really not good you will either not be able to flair out the shoulderblades to the max or if you force it extremely you will automatically crunch your spine and abs
That’s something you can work on with a physio and that ability is one of the biggest traitmarks of cbum, yates and brandao and is super impressive and a lot of bodybuilders are not able to do it right
If you master that your lats will look wayyy wider and you have the illusion that they insert lower from frontal view
he is doing it right with the arms raised to show the biceps so i guess mobility issue? because mainly with arms down its a mobility thing

Got 3 kids twin boys who are 42 years and daughter 43 years rise them myself and still train work in construction and bouncer at night 3 times a week train in the morning 64 years still train strong as f. 400 lbs x 4 reps on bench 100% natural 👍🇨🇦willing to do test
