सर। मुझे स्लीपडिस्क हुआ हैं मैं आराम करू या कोई योग कर सकता हु मेरी कमर मे तो दर्द काम हैं पर टांग मे कूल्हे से पैर तक दर्द होता हैं और आगे की और झुकने पे भी कूल्हे मे दर्द होता हैं क्रप्या मार्गदर्शन करें 🙏🙏
