This is my new favorite ab workout! Challenging but doable in one go. And it almost feels like a complete workout in 10 minutes. I've done twice now and can already see more ab definition. You're one of my all-time fav athletes bar none! Can't thank you enough for all your amazing content.

Thanks! Just what I needed this morning. After the third set, I had the thought, " oh boy, what torture does Gabriel have planned for us next?" The bicycles are the only thing I couldn't push through without a brief pause. Thank goodness you had the planks in there, that was rest and breathe deep for me.
