Close your fists, youll break your hands if you hit someone... muscle memory.. you can even carry little stones to remind yourself to keep them closed. Always bring them back to your chin, that way it'll become reflex/2nd nature.
@@kash_1085 Shoulders loose at all times. Fist closed at ALL TIMES. Correct punch involves bodyweight not arm muscles. When you hit good enough you won't close your fist in time. If fist not solid on impact you'll break a bone. Learn basics correctly.

I would love if you could answer a few questions....what time of day have you found the most success with posting? Do you do much promotion on other apps? What app do you use for your thumbnails? They are so awesome!
Don't ever be sorry for questions! We post early mornings, but we honestly haven't tried to figure out what days and times work best - mostly because we think with covid it's probably not as dialed in as it once was - so we just stick with early mornings for anyone who wants a morning workout. We have an instagram account that we use from time to time. As for thumbnails, Tiff uses Keynote to create them. Hope that helps!

I just did your workout. I like it ot mot to ruff due to my back problem and knee The only cretict will be to the timer. we dont eard any sign of alert when we have to change for the next moove of other exercises
