Did anyone else see the small orb on the left of the screen at time stamp 57 seconds into the video? How cool! Not what I was looking for when I watched the video, just a added item of interest :). Love the fact that Cassiy provides instructions in a way anyone can understand. As a beginner she is my absolute favorite mentor!
To take the template idea one step further, you can have niche templates as well. For instance, if you are doing a lot of Christmas t-shirts, you can have a Christmas template with the description of the t-shirt in the template as well so when you're making your Christmas t-shirts, all you have to do is tweak the title a little but the description and all other information is already there.

@@19NJS71 Yes it does keep the connection because they are connected via when you first connected the store and then by the SKU number in the listings!

wow I KNEW something had to give! I posted about ten listings and was already getting burned out trying to figure out the description for each shirt/sweatshirt, starting from scratch from every canva design, and every printify listing! even etsy too -- I wanted to give up but deep down I knew I must be doing something wrong, or going the LONGGG way. @@sarahwade9797 If you buy a digital file from CF then try to use the erase tool in Canva to modify the artwork can you recover what you erased if you decide you don’t like your own modifications?

I am so glad I watched this. I have made many templates on Canva, Photoshop, etc., but it never occurred to me (I started doing POD last week) to make a template in Printify. And more helpful, is the ability to duplicate a listing! I also sell physical products and duplicate listings all the time, but I had no idea a listing can be duplicated with Printify, understanding, of course, it has to be the same listings/SKUs. Thank you for this very informative video!

Your content is by far the best on RUclips! When piling your mockups on Canva, what size is your template for an easy etsy upload. Are you saving the mockups as a png or a jpeg?
When making mocks in Canva, go to "edit photo" when picking what you want to make, then select the image and Canva will make the canvas size the size of your image!

Cassiy! HELP! can you make a video explaining shipping and expedited shipping with printify? I made my first sale and had no idea what to do next, so i watched some videos on YT, but someone asked me about expedited shipping and I didn't know what to say! eek! thank you, you're THE BEST!
Hi Janice! Congrats on your first sale!! When someone reaches out to me for expedited shipping - I have them order my "rush shipping" listing which is $20 with their item, then after their order shows up in printify I go to "edit order" and select expedited shipping. I hope that makes sense!! :)

Newbie here… this helps a lot. I was finding that the listing was taking up most of time (not the design). Was interested to see you just sticking flat images directly onto your mock-ups - as opposed to the more realistic mock-ups made in PlaceIt, which incorporate fabric folds etc. This eliminates a time intensive element.
Took me two hours last night to make and list just one item on Etsy! A lot of the time was just adjusting dimensions for each platform. Here’s the process I WAS using:
1st - one canva size/dimensions for Printify…
2nd - another size/dimension to upload to placeit…
3rd - placeit mockups generated and downloaded…
4th - above mock-ups then resized for Etsy.
Slow process!! I like your streamlined version much more! Cassiy - is this how you always do it?

CASSIY! This is the kind of video I've been dying for. You are the best, no one else has done this. Question: how do you sync up the listings with printfy on the ones you duplicated from etsy? do you wait to get a sale? thanks!
Francisca, I can actually answer this because I've asked this question of Cassiy before. If you started in Printify with the original t-shirt (for example) and pushed it to Etsy, and you are just copying the listing in Etsy, you're golden. It's the SKU that communicates to Printify and the SKU numbers copy over when you copy the listing. That wouldn't work if you were doing a different product like t-shirt to sweatshirt. Cassiy, is that all correct?

Yes this is exactly right, if you create a listing starting in printify and then just copy it, then it will also be synced to Printify!

WOW!!! Great video. I've been doing my listing with multiple colors since I started. Gonna try this one color per listing method to increase my total listings.
You can even just copy the listings and leave all the colors but change the main image. This will make it super fast as well!

@@WyteRose323 Yes exactly! You could just go on Etsy and go to the gear button on the listing and duplicate it, change the main photo and save it! This is a great way to a/b test which mockup photos/colors perform the best for you!

Cassiy you are so helpful!! I've been binge watching your videos ever since I opened my store in May, and I have definitely seen progress once I started implementing your techniques. I found a niche that seems to be attracting attention and I've had my first sale (outside of my friends and family) over a week ago! Now I've been getting more and more views but still waiting on that second sale :) my problem has been getting stuck on creating designs, and since I only have a few hours in a day to work on my shop I've only got about 20 listings. But this will definitely help me out!

That's a great question Tasha, sometimes I will use different SEO for the different versions if there are a few different sets of SEO I want to test but usually I am just testing which mock-ups/colors work best for that niche so I keep it the same.

Thanks for all your knowledge! I have a question about the copied listings, what do you do with attributes like colors etc..can we tweek or does it have to be the exact same to populate in Printify. 2nd question, when you duplicate are you suppose to see it in Printify?
You can tweak attributes, tags etc except for the SKU number next to the prices. You will not see anything new in Printify. It just attaches two listings to the same Printify listing!
Couple questions. 1) Do you just use a generic description that doesn't include anything specific to the list? 2) Do you post one listing per color rather than letting the customer choose the color in listing?
I use a generic description and then add 2-3 sentences about that specific listing at the top as well! Then for color, I usually offer a few colors in the listing and then still copy it, just changing which main image is showing like in this video

Question, when you make multiple designs on canva, find a style is fast becoming a fastseller, and go back to canva to create more versions of it- do you copy the canva design into a new project, or do you add pages to existing project?
I either just add another page or just keep editing the page I’m on and saving with the new words! Hope that helps!
Excellent video Cassiy! Could you please make a video breaking down Canva's licenses and what all is allowed? Some say you can't use pro designs for different products. I'm so confused.
I’d recommend going on Canvas website and reading the license for yourself so you can make sure you understand it!

I truly love all of your videos and appreciate you sharing your insights and knowledge.I would be really interested in hearing about how you organize your designs in canva, just like you showed how you work with mockups in this video. Like do you create one project per niche or per design, like rainbow + curvy text? Do you create a new page within the project for each design (like kinder garden teacher, 4k teacher and so on) or do you simply have one page where you swap out what it says in the text?
Great question! I have one canva project open per design template (rainbow with text under it for example) and then I change the words and save it, change the words and save it etc. Hope that helps!

That's awesome! I'm still learning how to work on canva, using mockups and having clear and concise descriptions for my products. It's taking me a long time to even list one item. LOL. I hope I can figure out how to streamline this process as good as Cassiy. It's frustrating at times when you get stuck and search for videos to help unstuck you. Lol.
Can you talk about cost associate with the initial setup with Etsy, Canva and Printify. What rules to be aware of etc.

So do you think it’s best for SEO to have multiple listings instead of more variations within one listing? I’ve heard it both ways now.
It's a good idea to split test different things with your listings to find what works best for you! I'd just only split test one thing at a time. So copying my listings to have multiple colors showing up in the search is one test to see which mocks and which colors do the best for that niche. You could also copy a color twice and change the SEO to see which ones SEO did best!
