how does the regulation in the construction industry compare to other countries? Did you learn how to write tenders for construction work in German?
Fun to see this as a German btw 😀
I used to live in Berlin, but I live abroad now!🙃

As far as I studied and talked to people from other countries, within EU, building phases and regulations follow almost the same procedures and frameworks. I would say the planning process in Germany is very similar to Netherlands and Belgium. Yes, I was working in an office and doing all the documentation in German :D my German vocabulary is very focused on construction-architecture language haha

      @@AxiMolnar haha cool 😆👍
I imagine the vocabulary is very specific. you probably know many different words to describe a certain activity a contractor is supposed to do. How did you learn those? Can you name some examples? 😅
I bet there are many that I wouldnt be able to understand

Well, I already knew German, so I learnt new German domain-specific words by reviewing existing documentation in the office and searching/asking when I didn't know something. For example, " _Unterfangung bis UK bestehenden Wand_ " was an ongoing conversation in one of the projects😆
