Smoking almost everywhere in a pub/club. A pub can choose if they're smoking / non-smoking - and 99% choose to be smokers' bar. In the summer you just sit inside, but when it's cold/raining - have your rare non-smoker pub ready. If it's a place that serves any kind of food in addition - it must be a non-smoker place. For bigger pubs (rare, almost all are small) - they must have a smoker's room and the rest is non-smoking. I hate it because of the smoke.

Berlin is not very cold or hot most of the time. It is just grey in Winter and sunny in summer.
