I'm building a similar setup with almost the exact same pump and filter housing. If you don't mind me asking, how low do the filters that you're using go in microns? I haven't tested my setup yet but I was hoping for a little cleaner water than you have at the last step ideally, I currently have 20 into 5 micron.

Thats what mine are as well. The small filter is 5 microns.
