Well, there is a reason they are posting this series. It's the natural assumption of a viewer. If they couldn't handle it they wouldn't post it. There is nothing wrong with hopefulness and positivity from viewers.

@@jeg7337 Maybe the reason is to just share the journey so other women know they're not alone in how difficult of a process this is. There's nothing wrong with positivity and hope, but it is insensitive to assume the reason for why they're posting this. So don't be insensitive.

Like how many men can truly be there for their partner and understand that what she is going through is so painful and so consuming. I really appreciate how he mentioned that it wasnt his body, so he'd never fully understand the pain and I also love how he said he admired Desi's strength throughout this whole journey. Desi has really found her perfect match, two strong, loving souls. I wish you both the absolute best!

Being open and vulnerable like this isn't about the critics and haters, it's about the million of women going through infertility who feel alone and embarrassed. Women feel that way because nobody talks about it and for a public influencer like Desi to open up and share her story helps other women to not feel so alone. I believe that is commendable for her to use her influence in such powerful way.

My husband and I tried for 5 years. I went through 7 rounds of clomid, 3 more rounds of injectables with IUI. Finally IVF and it worked! We have 2 incredible tiny humans that we really don’t deserve but somehow managed to receive. They are healthy and the sweetest, kindest, happiest boys - I felt defeated everyday but I kept going. I knew I wanted to be a mom more than anything. I fought every day. I got my blood drawn almost every day for 2 years. I had all the uncomfortable, painful tests done. I had hysterosalpingograms and hysteroscopies. I cried when my friends got pregnant on the first try, I cried when my sister in law got pregnant after trying for 2 months. I cried and cried and cried. It finally happened and then I worried: please God let them be healthy, I had PUPP, risk of downs, potential complications so I was on bed rest all of the third trimester. In the end it was all worth it and I would do it again. I would give myself the painful shots, I would get poked and prodded and I would cry all over again because I know what happens and those beautiful faces, the hugs, the kisses, the constant laughter - it’s worth all of it!!! I hope this is where it leads for you 💗🙏

The way that Desi explains how she looks at her best friend's daughter and imagines that's how old her baby would have been.... This is just a small example of what we go through after having a miscarriage or stillbirth, it stays with you forever and you never forget. My son was still born one day after my due date, he was a perfectly healthy full term baby with no complications. Any time I see a little boy his age I get a knot in my throat and just imagine what my son would have been like... I would have been 19 months old now, walking, talking, playing with cars, maybe riding a tricycle. All we can do is imagine... Thank you for being brave to share your journey, Desi. We need to talk about pregnancy and infant loss more, break the silence! xoxo

I totally agree that it’s just a small example of what we go through. I actually just found out I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks and 3 days, but only found out today. Today would’ve been 8 weeks and 4 days. There’s definitely no easy way to deal with it, but knowing you’re not alone helps tremendously. I agree that the silence should be ended, so other women know that there are others that have been through the same thing.

One of my best friends struggled conceiving for almost 10 years. She was literally asked almost every day if she was pregnant by everyone around her and people kept telling her to ‘hurry up you’re getting old’ and ‘come on give your husband a baby now’ which completely drained her. It broke my heart every time I saw her face after one of those comments. She started IVF treatment nearly 2 years ago which didn’t work at first but she tried again and got pregnant. I cried my eyes out when she told me and prayed every day that her pregnancy goes smoothly. She gave birth to a beautiful baby boy last week without any complications and she and the baby are healthy and well. God works in mysterious ways and I believe you and Steven will be successful in your journey like my friend was. You’re in my prayers.

After the message desi said at 4:38-6:45 you would think the people saying “I hope at the end of the series there’s a pregnancy announcement” would learn that although they have good intentions it can be hurtful to hear that when it doesn’t happen. As someone who tried for 2 years to have my son it would hurt when people would say “your pregnant” or “when will you have a baby it’s been 6 years that you’ve been married”. So please if you don’t understand that pain I hope you stop saying those comments and just pray for them and send lots of love their way. ❤️

I tried to collect some eggs but I had no follicle growth. I had no side effects from the hormones, lucky there. It was heartbreaking when my fertility specialist said to me .. “unfortunately nothing more we can do for you, come back in a few years when you’ve saved for surrogacy”. I bawled my eyes out. He just told me I’d never have a biological child. I was heartbroken (still am). My younger sister offered to be an egg donor and my older sister offered to carry for me. We got pregnant first try and now have a beautiful little 16mo girl named Stevie.

All the men in my family are Docs, so I take that personally. Now, my daughter's off to medical school. Certainly, I've come across some in the profession who are a little bit high on themselves or extremely introverted, so bedside is challenged. I just don't think saying MOST is fair. That's all. Dear Desi,
I never talked about this with anyone but seeing you being such a strong and powerful woman has inspired and empowered me to share my personal story. I was diagnosed with MRKH almost 5 years ago now and even though I was at the only age of 15 back then it took me so much energy and kind of destroyed all the goals i had set myself for future. For those of you who don‘t know, due to that syndrom, I was born without a womb, which basically makes it impossible for me to carry out my own children. I‘m Albanian and in our culture the most important thing as a future daughter in law is getting pregnant and bless the family with a child who will pass the husband’s last name to the next generation. When my boyfriend’s parents found out, they wouldn’t accept me for 2 years and called me a boy or anything but feminine because it was something they had never heard of and had never expected to be confronted with. But as time passed by and since my boyfriend never gave up when trying to convince them, they began to unterstand and accept me as a woman, as a human, who does not have any fault and who herself will never accept the fact that I won’t be able to walk around with a mini me. I will do everything I can and will try every single method such as transplantations since it‘s the only thing i‘ve ever wanted from life. And if I don’t get pregnant after all that, I will adopt and give all my love to that child. And that‘s why I even started writing this comment and telling my story. It is such a brave and such a strong thing to say Desi, you will give another child the chance to live the life he or she deserves and maybe it‘s just meant to be like that. After all I‘ve gone through at this young age I learned to accept that your story is written the day you‘re born and it‘s not your fault or a mistake of yours if life confronts you with such things as infertility. Remember, it‘s not your fault, there are so many women out there suffering just like you are and I think one way to help each other is by sharing stories like yours or mine. You‘ve got a loving, caring and supporting husband by your side and together there is not a single thing you won’t be able to achieve. I love you and all the other strong superwomen out there. May all your wishes come true and may god bless you with a healthy, beautiful baby soon.

My heart broke with you after every negative...and the footage of you trying not to cry during a video was so hard to watch. I feel for you and steven. You are not alone...there are many of us going through this together. Keeping you in my prayers🙏

Every time you cry and say the words “I’m tired”, I cry. I said a prayer for you after watching both episodes! You have an incredible strength I admire, I wish I could have your courage. I could go on forever about how I look up to you for those reasons. You’re blessed with an amazing, supportive husband. When he smiles at you, my heart melts with joy. You looked beautiful during your interview ❤️

As a 30 year old, I think that infertility is one of the things that I’ve denied my whole life, it’s so hard to talk about it and although my family is supportive of everything happens in my life, telling them that I struggle with infertility is something that I’ve found so hard to bring up, all my sisters have babies and my brother is expecting and The feeling is just indescribable, this is so motivating to watch especially knowing that a lot of woman do struggle with infertility, thank you guys for this

As someone who doesn't currently have the desire to have children but has donated her eggs six times, I COMPETELY sympathize what you're going through. The first time I donated my eggs, I signed up solely because I was broke and needed money. But that family sent me a gift basket and a long, heartfelt letter thanking me for donating to them and it completely changed my outlook on fertility issues. That year, I got a call the week before Christmas from the agency letting me know that the recipients of my eggs were pregnant. It's not typical to have that sort of update but they really wanted me to know how grateful they were and I cried tears of joy for that family. Your day will come. I know it's hard. Just know what so many people are putting positive vibes out into the universe for you. So much love sent your way!
