Had my battery go dead in my work van while sitting in the parking lot charging my laptop and listening to music. I had a smaller amp off-brand jumper from a smaller sedan that didn't cut it. Perfect time to realize holes in my game. A co-worker came to my rescue with a NOCO GB70 battery jumper and it worked flawlessly and impressively. I ended up scoring a good deal on the NOCO Boost-X GBX75 during Amazon Prime Day sale a couple weeks later. I see it as an investment to my and my family's safety as well as helping others. Needless to say, I "perfected" my "Winter Emergency Vehicle Kit" for our vehicles, each including a NOCO.

I hope NOCO got their reliability up. I also had a DeWalt the compressor went out on. The NOCO works ok the first couple of times. I have a car dealership I go through jump boxes. I’ve even bought the NOCO jump box for semi trucks. The same problem. They just get to the point where they won’t jump a car anymore. The best one I’ve found believe it or not has been the Stanley brand. So far it has been the longest lasting one.

One thing to remember, it should be used many times before charging. It is because once voltage dropped below a threshold, it will not work without taking it apart and charging the low cell(s).

Yeah those dewalt jump boxes are junk. Almost all of them are.
Harbor freight jump box with warranty is the best
