    He’s objecting because he didn’t consent to her reading the jury instructions. Somehow he was under the impression that she had to get his consent to do everything in this trial.

      Yes, that is his tactic along with deflection by making others look bad.
      Both are pointless and NOT NOT NOT effective whatsoever.
      He filed his appeal within 3 days after the trial ended.
      Look at that video. He literally says he doesn't understand " how we are here ur oonor" I never CONSENTED to not did I give my PERMISSION to be in this situation.
      I never CONSENTED to being charged, tried, convicted or sentenced for anything.
      It's illegal for him to be in the position he was put in.
      He doesn't understand how the government did that.

    What is he objecting to? The jury instructions? She is reading the charges and the requirements they have to find him guilty of to justify convicting him of each crime or to find him not guilty of the crime. She is literally just reading the laws and conviction guidelines for what he's been accused of. This judge has been incredibly patient with him, I mean his use of the objection sign has even gotten under my skin 🤦‍♀️

      It's actually allowed if you can state a reason why the jury instructions misstate the law or are confusing. The issue is that jury instructions are handled in advance of being read, with both sides making an argument to the judge about how the jury instructions should be read for clarity. And a lawyer might actually follow up jury instructions by making a record of an objection if they are dissatisfied with the judge's decision on jury instructions.

    Judge Dorow, you know he has followers on social media who are cheering him on, please eliminate the cameras. He thrives on attention! I know Judge Judy was a small claims court judge, but if this derelict pulled this stunt on her, she would have torn him apart! Please think about the victims' families and close friends!

      He seems to be attempting to go for a not guilty by reason of insanity. He's had many ridiculous outbursts, constantly objects and is also seemingly trying to stall the proceedings in general.

    • @hayleymariemills
      @hayleymariemills Год назад

      @@izzy574 yes I've seen some highlights of it & they're all about his temper tantrums. If he's going for an insanity defense, it's kinda backwards to try to make the jury think you're rational enough to defend yourself in a murder trial to say you're insane. How can someone who's insane be sane enough to act as an attorney to defend themselves? Lol !
      And thanks, btw, for replying!

    • @nodnoc
      @nodnoc Год назад

      He hasn't presented any sort of defense yet. He's just trying to stall and cause disruption. Anyone who says he is trying to use insanity as a defense is purely speculating and in my.opinion they are wrong

      @hayleymariemills Год назад +1

      @@nodnoc thanks for your reply & opinion! I really think it'd be backwards to try to claim you're insane while also saying you're competent enough to represent yourself. If he'd stop with his antics & tantrums maybe they'd get to it!
