Overall, it feels a little bulkier and heavier than the 04,05,06. It also looks a like a characature of those, but only from a certain angle.

Yes it's a seat cowl. (Gets rid of the passenger option) No sport bike should ever have a passenger in the back.

To be honest, it really didn't change the brightness of the headlights. Maybe cause it's lightly smoked film.
