Swapped grenade with the safe rotor 😆
Amazing how tough motorcycles are. If you know what your doing, you can get a crashed bike fixed relatively quick compared to a car
bruhh really? comparing a car to a bike?
Wait until you find out that the frame is bent. lol
Cars suck bro. Bike life where it's at
@@abhijitsonowal8633 *zw❤wwjj
Dpeneds on a crash. You can't loop a car & if a bike slams into a guard rail. It'll be a write off as the frame will take alot of damage. Can only be welded by a pro if it's cracked.
I love when people work so hard to bring bikes back to life. Thanks!
Bringing bended bikes too life
Lift look cool as fk what do it cost for the lift 🎉

it's honestly wild to me beyond belief that you can strip a motorcycle clean and know where all the wires, bolts and nuts and everything goes back meanwhile I'm too scared to even snip one wire off of my motorcycle lmao
In all honesty though, if he screws up and doesn't remember where something goes he can always check the footage. lol
Once you work on them enough they are all so similar kinda like how it’s similar to guy a deer and a squirrel. Sure there are some differences but for the most part they all have the same parts
Yeah he’s a bad bad man. He brought my 02’ 955i back from the brink of death when everyone else couldn’t or said scrap it. He’s the only technician that I’ll go to time and time again! Love this dude brah.
try being a race mechanic .... rebuild after a rebuild after a rebuild every race season....
Bikes are pretty easy when you’ve done it a time or two.
You make it look so easy! Props to you man. I took my 04 r1 apart in the hopes of working on in the winter but life happened and now it's at the shop 🙃
Lol
I did the same engine out forgot how to put it bk together 😂😂😂
Fantastic work! I have that same bike in my garage and love it. Such a beautiful design and the exhaust under the seat keeps your butt warm on cold nights. Not so great on warm days, but nothing a shower will not fix. Thank you for bringing it back to its original beauty. Makes me want to take mine out for a ride.
This is a phenomenal video for reference. I am actually in the process of doing the exact thing with 2005 R1. I got the bike back up and running and fixed the engine light issues. Now I just need to fix the brakes and work on plastics
A 636 at 6:36 you're a dork. Appreciate the upload. I just picked up a 06 and I'll be doing a rebuild as well. You're inspiring me to make a video on it.
I was wondering if anyone else caught this lol
Such a nice work! I brought my R1 2004 in 2010 and have it still now. I love this bike with all my heard. It was my dream and come true. It was such a pleasure 2 watch you working on this bike and i learn an important thing. I do the oil change every spring by my own but never before i fill up the oilfilter when i change him. I will do this from now on becourse i think it is better for the engine if the oil is faster where it have to be. So thx from germany.
Very awesome to see how well you can do that, that's what you call a professional.
PARABÉNS AMIGO! FICOU MUITO BOM!!!
Szép munka! Gyönyörű lett az R1!
of all the rebuild I've watched you're the guys i trust....i like the nice minute cleanup you've done......part replacement seems trust worthy.....love your video......keep making bike videos....... I've watched some of your videos for like 3-4 times like for same video to calm my mood and be satisfied.......loved from india
Thank you!
This video was an absolute eye opener for me and an inspiration. This last week I took apart my 150cc scooter as a first project to try and fix it. Great start to bike mechanics though 🏍
I can't believe what you just did! Great job! Thank you for sharing, I was watching and asking how can it be possible... and step by step it happened... amazing! When I was much younger I wanted to learn how to assemble and disassemble bikes, but it didn't happen and now it's too late. OK, let's see in the next life 😄
That's damned good profit. The oldies are holding good value in 2022. I had the same bike and colour 10 years ago and think it is one of the best Yam gens ever. Great build Sir👍🏻
Thanks Gio!

Phenomenal work on such a beautiful bike! Owning an ‘06 R1 is high on my bucket list. I love my MT09 but the ‘06 R1 bike just might be my all time favorite.
Watching this video reminded me of those lifetime movies where things start off bad, but the movie closes with a happy ending. Thank you for giving this bike a second chance and a new home.
Gotta love those lifetime movies! Always pulling through with a positive ending! lol
Amazing results, well done to you 👌👍 Enjoy all the content, keep up the brilliant work 👍 watching all the way here in Scotland 🏴
Thank you! Cheers!
This is better than any ASMR ever! Gladly subscribed, looking forward to more vids!
That generation of R1 is, and always will be, timeless looking. It's only second to the Big Bang restyled version (only because they removed the glass from the headlights). It still looks better than any modern R1 !
Thanks brother! plenty more videos like this to come! And I have to agree the styling of this bike is on point!
The torque wrench´s sound it´s unbelievable satisfying.
Wow that bike sounds amazing! So deep and smooth, not farty and crackly like what most have nowadays.
I am doing the same thing to an 06 r1. Cool to see another same gen r1 rebuild.
Just discovered your channel on this video. And I love it!!! Absolutely going to continue following.
Hard work and skills paid off. I like people who are expert at what they do.
Great upload. I always enjoy your work! Super looking ride.
Truly an inspiration to see how you conduct your work, great video!
Muito bom seu trabalho, capricho e amor no que faz, Parabéns. Brasil...
the sound of exhaust is awesome
But man, what a sick looking machine! I bleed blue and man you've done an incredible job
You a Vulcan?
That has to be the nicest cooler blue to look at. I can look at that bike for hours
Truly fascinating, lots of work involved but it always comes together nicely👍🏼
Thanks Austin! Glad you enjoyed it!
I like this finally job that you did it's really wonderful with the design and new ideas you applied on your bike good job 👍👍👍👍👍😎
Thank you very much!
You did a brilliant job getting that R1 back to mint condition, 👏 👍
Great video and thanks for posting. I have the exact year bike in candy red. Some great maintenance tips from your strip down and rebuild. Well done on all the work…..👍
Never cease to impress.
Show parabéns pelo trabalho 👏👏
I wish someday to have at least 400cc inline 4 bike , thats my only dream 😍
Jk
Can you fix my bike
I think Kawasaki have 400cc inline-4 but i don't know if it's true
I want ninja 400 at least
Bandit 400 is sick
So satisfying Loved it❤️ we need more videos like these🔥
LISTENING TO IT WHEN IT TURNS ON IS LIKE THE CALM BEFORE THE HURRICANE 😂🎉😮😮❤😂😂❤
satifsactory rebuilding....very awesome
Awesome I own A 2005. The micron the slip one you like I was just going with the danmotto had that on my 1000RR LOVED THE SOUND
Excellent video. I like the way you speed things up, just cut to the chase, stop talking, and repair the bike. That was awesome. I get impatient when they talk too much on a build.
Excellent job Rob. Came out so nice. Consider getting in the habit of hitting a timer, physical or electronic, whenever you start work on a bike to make certain you are profitable. Lets call those billable hours. Once you've done a few, you'll be able to measure those hours into how much you actually earn an hour and ultimately become even more efficient in your process to achieve greater profitability. Just a thought. Again, great work and you've inspired me to pickup my first damaged bike!
Great idea with the timer, i'll remember that for next time!
Excellent! Greetings from Greece 🇬🇷
Nice and solid exhaust note.
Beautiful!!!! Only mirrors it needs!
Yes! I installed the mirrors just before it was picked up by the new owner!
I am addicted to your channel. Love your videos man. Keep it up.❤️
what a beast starts right up
Very smart n agood mechanic good job
Well done 👏 you made it like a new. The thing I appreciate that it cost you. 2454 usd sold it for 6000. That is great. You spent a decent time to make it like new.
Well done 👏 keep it up
Great job man. Will watch more.
I’ve done this to my 07 R1 after I hit a deer. Needed just about the same in rebuild/restore. While it was fun and I learned a lot with bikes (being a car guy my whole life) I must say one has to weigh what the cost in vs cost of the bike itself. Once you start buying OEM fairings, which they’re painted and is the only way to go, the price adds up quick. I mean quick. To fully restore my bike from a hit head on with a deer and road rash on one side it cost me around $2k in just parts. Most was OEM, several were aftermarket. And I did it all myself = $0 labor. So if you paid someone to do it then of course you’re looking at a way diff price. Take that and the price of looking around for another bike.
That R1 style is the best bike from Yamaha
Total art work what you do man 👍
Strong work brother !
Turned out great!
Wow!! You did a great job getting that bike restored!! I'm about to take on a 2007 R6 build. And I think I just might (accidentally) throw an R1 motor I have laying around into it. Whoops! LOL
Love the content man. Keep it up ❤️ love from the Philippines
I love the team colors of Yamaha..miss my R6 so much
eres lo maximo siempre veo tus videos desde PERU - PIURA SAND
Wonderful!!! Great work and video. Keep it up!!!
Soo satisfying 😍 You're Amazing brother! I wish, I could do what you do.. That R1 is just dope now! Love from India 😊
Thank you so much 😀
If you have a background in auto, these things just seem like oversimplified vehicles. Real easy and simple to work on. Spend 30 bucks on a a manual and you are off.

Impressive rebuild to say the least. 🤯 and that's exactly why I don't do wheelies. I don't need to prove anything and risk my 5VY
We need more videos man! PLEASE!!!
I remember when i still had my 03 r6 and i basically did the same thing damage wise and that gas tank was a pain to find Looool

This is a very good video of a rebuild!
You guys did some awesome rebuild I'm an IT expert and bike fan so i think if I live in your country I would love to take an internship of your garage

Great job man
I like your works , keep it up
newbie here 👌👌
Very well done R1
Just did a R1 for my brother that was in a fire. Injectors, wiring harness, plastic, fuel pump... People don't realize how much time you get invested working on these. That is why people shouldn't freak when you say the dirty word 'profit'. Yours turned out great and glad you made some $$$ on the job.
Schaue gerne deine Videos. Gute Arbeit 👍
Grüße aus Deutschland
Well done, Sir. Well done. 👏
Thank you! Cheers!
