that bike was flawless indeed, what a guy. He really took a really good care of that bike, and with that low miles, goodness gracious. And awesome rebuild too
Thanks Harold! I agree the bike was beautiful before! I wish I could have brought it back to the way it looked but that carbon fiber would have been expensive!
Saw a bunch of your videos, You are a really hard worker and the thing that got me that you can fix the whole bike i.e Engine, Tires(add or remove), shocks, paint, chain fix etc ... Like your behavior and attitude as you work calmly, not like other youtubers who shout like nuts... Love the sexy Yamaha R1
As you were building it and adding the last bits I was thinking. Noooo you gotta change the wheels to white or blue, but to be honest the contrast is pretty cool. Looks lovely.
Absolutely fantastic Job brother and beautiful bike. Quick question, I have first gen R6, went to start it last month after it sitting for 3 months and failed to start. Started with choke but then died when I turned off the choke and also revs are surging. So as i got to rev it dies. Can anyone plz help or give advice. Been told its stale fuel or carbs need doing. Help wud be appreciated
I'm not a fan of supersport bikes, but good lord that thing looks AMAZING! I'd ride it until my back hurt which would probably only take a few minutes 😆😆
hey I've been subscribed to your RUclips page for a while. I love your repair videos.. I'd like you advice on the Yamaha r1 2004 - 2006 5vy Motors. I'm thinking about getting one. How common are they with intake valve issues.? I've seen post where the valve stem breaks and causes engine problems. have you heard of this being a common problem ?
Hey there! Check out my rebuild video on the 2004 R1 I did. I go over some info about the bike including a very common flywheel problem that all of the bikes have. I haven't heard of many widespread issues in those models with the valves though...
Where do you find these wrecked bikes? Can I ask what you paid for bike as is......and what it costs you in parts to rebuild it? Thanks in advance......sweet looking rebuild....nice work as always
My 2014 r1 was stolen last year 17 July 2023 and cops acquired my bike on Sunday and called me to pick up after thieves stolen it from me and guy couldn’t handle the power, and got pinned. But man these bikes are awesome.
Out of curiosity are you guys also a repair shop? Or do you only do rebuilds? I have a bike that needs a little work (was recently in a wreck) I just don’t have all the tools to complete the job and like the job you guys do
cool you’re video! thank you for the promo code I ordered from them, I'm redoing a 2002 R1. on the other hand it asks you to pay $25 once you have paid the invoice, it's for the insurance. Have you taken it and do you recommend it? It would be cool to have an answer my friend 👍🏼
Speaking from personal experience, the only thing I didn't like was that you changed the colour of the fork sleeves to black. It's not that I don't like the colour, it's just because when they start getting pitted they look awful. In the golden ones the pits are pretty much invisible.
Looks great but it reminds me why I hate factory fairings! SO MANY FASTENERS. I was able to reduce that down to 12 1/4 turn aircraft fasteners on my race bike. I'll be doing that on all my future bikes.
Boy, LOTSA parts replaced! I'm surprised insurance would even try to fix it. Me doing stuff like that would have to take pictures as I go or risk putting different length bolts in the wrong hole

@@RKMotorsports it's okay man. Carbon or not, as long as it's clean and healthy that's what matter most. Keep up the great work
@@RKMotorsports the carbon might have been lighter but it was hella ugly, blue with white and stickers look so much better
Man I’d be pretty happy to have this man work on my bike. Takes pride in his craft
It feels so satisfying watching you do magic on these bikes. I'm KB from Ghana, West Africa

Thank you! It definitely is a lot of work both on camera and behind the scenes
I love watching your bike rebuilding videos, it's great to see bikes after a crash get a new life. Amazing rebuild. See ya next time bro
Thanks for watching brother!
This is my favorite rebuild ... What an epic bike.
It was so satisfying just to see how you take it all off and replacing the parts. I have a 2004 R1. Nice work done on the bike.👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻👌🏻
If u feel bored with ur bike .just give me latter 😅😅✌️
As you were building it and adding the last bits I was thinking. Noooo you gotta change the wheels to white or blue, but to be honest the contrast is pretty cool. Looks lovely.
Thank you! I know a lot of people aren't a fan of the wheel color but I like the flourescent yellow wheels with a blue bike!
I agree these are ugly Portorecan green rims.LOL
The yamha R1 really looks rad after it get overhauled nice one brew
He looks insane, man, congratulations!
Lokoks lovely painted 😊😊😊 great job Pete
Takes a lot of work and time for all the parts to come in. Turned out be so beautiful bro
We want to know the total cost
Thank you very much for the completed rebuild video.
Thank you for the support!
13:25 omg this frame looks so epic like this. could you do a build where you leave this pattern on the frame?

I watched all the videos and to see it all done in one video is excellent 👌 great work 👏 👍
Thanks Lee!
That bike is resurrected as a beautiful beast
Resurrected and running like a beast!
I'm not a fan of supersport bikes, but good lord that thing looks AMAZING! I'd ride it until my back hurt which would probably only take a few minutes 😆😆
Haha thank you!
I love fluo rims...
Another good job Rob!
Thanks Brother! The only bad part about the fluorescent colors is that they fade over time, but I love how they look with blue fairings!
Wow! Awesome work rob.
🤟 appreciate it brother!
hey, I have a 2007 CB1300 that needs a new frontend...is it best to stick with a 2007 replacement or can a guy mix and match
Great job, doubted the lime green rim will match the fender but it turned out great. Subscribed ✌🏾
Thank you! I appreciate the support 🤟😎
Why bin the rad over some superficial marks, was it leaking? Nice replacement fairing, much better than the CF eye blind.
I really enjoy watching your videos! Nice bike! Love it!!!
Bike looks amazing love the colour 👍🏼
Business is business , can't pay the bills if don't keep your head .
Great. I also own an R1 2014. It's great. In my Country it's really hard to buy spare parts for R1
Try a Ducati or Aprilia next! Maybe a Ktm Duke or something. Your videos are awesome man!
I almost got my hands on an Aprilia but it didn't work out...
Hi man, do you know what is that electrical socket behind the speedometer with pink and blue cables??? R1 2014....
Wow that carbon tank cover is fire 🔥
It looks sick! I can't find any others like it though!
Time for a rematch with that deer
Wow. That thing looks insane. Awesome work
Thank you!

You do extremely amazing work. Always fucken A rides. I learned from you. You explain really well for me. . Thanks from Canada
nice one, i just love your works, but how good and strong is or are the fairings in terms of heat ,nice job bro, from Lagos Nigeria ,west Africa
A 2020 fairings conversion would be sick.
I went with auctmarts like you advised, do you know how long shipping is by chance? Also are they good ferrings?
Just a quick question..do they use locktite on allmost all the bolts ?
The R1 is my fav bike ever that look AMAZING GREAT VIDEO waves hi from Australia ....also i bet that R1 has a tune on it ?
Great video ❤ , those drl headlight are aftermarket or factory!?
He unpacked the packages like a magican
Loved watching this one. Great work!
Thanks Jack! Glad you liked it!
Riding at night in deer country, every shadow is a freak out
. Had a friend who was in a coma after a mule deer encounter
I hear you there! Tons of deer in my area and I always ride cautious at night, never know when they will jump out!
Where do you find these wrecked bikes? Can I ask what you paid for bike as is......and what it costs you in parts to rebuild it? Thanks in advance......sweet looking rebuild....nice work as always
I have a video going over the cost of all of the parts for the bike and the price I paid for the wrecked bike too if you want to check it out!
Nice! Awesome rebuild! That graves exhaust dam
I love the exhaust on this beast!
Everytime I see the box for the plastics I get excited😂
professional service 🫡

Alloys shud hve been in black, matches the body
Great video thank for uploading this. 😊 also how much does something like this cost to do. Thanks.
you should think about evolving this business and also do dyno/tuneing as well!
Believe me I have already thought about it!
Such an amazing work.
Nádherná práce tet vypadá jako ze škatulky a ten nádhernej brutální zvuk té motorky nemá chybu 👍👍👍😘😘
hey i was just wondering are these bikes for sale by any chance
Bike looks awesome!

Yes we are a repair shop and dealership
hi 👋
How did you repair exhaust? Good job, RK!

Beautiful rebuild. Whats the resale on that bike?
Definitely subscribed 😮
bad idea to put a tinted windscreen. In night it is undriveable?
Awesome build, so much better without the overdone carbon fibre 👍
Yap .to much not good.
amazing work man..Awesome
The bike went awesome 👍🇩🇰
How can I buy one of your bikes I love your work
RK MOTORSPORTS, can you please tell me, where do you get the front stay fairing bracket
I got mine off of ebay I believe it was around $40 for an aftermarket one
@@RKMotorsports sounds good thank you so much, nice build 👏

Great job. Not sure I like the wheels that colour but everyone has different taste.
Where do find all these bikes to rebuild?
What paint do you use for the frame ?
I wish I could do this every day. Bike parts are so expensive though.
ive been thinking about getting into rebuilds im sure its harder then you make it look.
I make it look easy 😎
We need Full carbon fiber no paint
I might have to do that for a future build!
agreed
I agree
@@RKMotorsports gtu
Don't see the appeal of CF, just looks unfinished.
How long did it take to build that 14 R1?
i think it would be better if the rim would be black nice build brother!
Man I need a Crossplane. Think I'll fix one too haha. How's the Dmv like salvaged titled bikes that are repaired?. Great content 👌
My friend, how about I send you my Yamaha bike? R6 99 It needs to change the engine and the exterior. How much will this service cost me? 🇲🇦👍
where do you find crashed bikes to rebuild ?
How do you know if buying a bike from Copart is with it?
I don’t want to dump more money into a project than it’s worth
So therapeutic
Very cool it looks pretty damn good man 💪🏽💪🏽💚😎👊🏼🗯💥🤙🏽🤙🏽
Appreciate it brother!
@@RKMotorsports big welcome brother

New sub, great content.
the rims white 🥵👌
Argh"that's enough snapping your fingers 😂 by the way, I'm your new fan 😅😂 hello September 😂
Just out of curiosity, why did you think the bearings and races were bad?
There was play in the head bearings/ front stem. I go over the issue more in depth in my individual video parts of building the bike
Nice job.
Whats the tool with the clicks at the end? How is it called?
Its called a torque wrench mate.
Used to tighten bolts to a specific torque setting.
Looks great but it reminds me why I hate factory fairings! SO MANY FASTENERS. I was able to reduce that down to 12 1/4 turn aircraft fasteners on my race bike. I'll be doing that on all my future bikes.
Link to fasteners ?
I love you Chanel greetings from México
Thank you Edgar!
Can someone please tell me where to get that whole carbon tank cover 😅
I've looked everywhere and can't find another like it!
I enjoy watching your videos brother... Missing three pieces under front seat!
I ordered those last few pieces! Good eye!
Greetings! I'll waiting your next project!
Boy, LOTSA parts replaced! I'm surprised insurance would even try to fix it. Me doing stuff like that would have to take pictures as I go or risk putting different length bolts in the wrong hole
this bikeis monster
That is literally my dream bike😢
It would be nice to see it on gold rims just like mine 🎉🎉
Amazing!!!
