      Your body isn't stiff you're just not flexible enough (same as me lol). Ofc pose 1 is the most easiest but 4 and 5 can be done quite easily too if you sit on a pillow or yoga block :)

      My favourite position to meditate in is actually Child’s Pose. It helps me feel connected to the Earth and more grounded. We have to find the best position for ourselves because we are all individuals

    So the last one I want to do but my knees hurts when I am in that position so what I do is put a pillow between my thighs and calf’s so it’s more comfortable

    Padmasan is so so difficult,95% people cant get it right for just 1 sec let alone sit in it
