@@nareshhkumar7576 initially I struggled a lot of ardhasiddhasana due to flexibility so I just sat normally so I am comfortable to focus but later after I learnt it I realsed keeping spine straight helps me focus better

Aww you are angel i downloaded this video on the 14 / 02 / 2022 is been just 5 day today that i have been practice this technique that you teaching first i was about to sit in ardhsidanan to meditate so i usely sit in a chair to feel comfortable but just 5 days now practicing and as am commenting now am fully settled in ardhsidana posture feeling bless thank you very much am very very grateful dear i my focus is on my spine and i know but the next few days i will have it align thank you again for your videos. Thanks for the excellent demo & stage-wise instructions. Unfortunately I saw it too late. Continued the Mandala till day 38 with some props & supports. On day 39, my right knee muscle got pulled, without support. It was paining a bit, but I had ignored it. Have been hobbling around last 10 days...pain is reducing. But it just shows in what poor physical condition I am. Yes, shameful. But that's a fact and result of my own past karma. Doing the Shambhavi M.M. Kria presupposes certain physical capabilities, which may not be really so. I strongly feel the IEO should have a minimum prerequisite self-test, before it starts. Thanks once again. On getting better will certainly follow your instructions. 🙏
