I really enjoy silver sneakers work out on line!’
I have been doing 2 sets of these every evening! I started out doing one and realized I could go further. I used to go out in the cold and walk around our apartment building. This incorporates upper body and more leg moves that I can personalize to fit my goals. This really makes me feel great. Thank you!
Turned 66 over the weekend and have made a promise to myself turn up the pace to reach 67 looking and feeling better let's see how it goes!
66 is nothing im 63 and walking for miles , dont confuse yourself , at 66 you could run cross country easy...
Love this exercise. I did about 12 minutes. 1,078 steps, 3 cardio minutes, 7 fat burn minutes, and 125 calories burned.
Who needs a treadmill?
