My arms are weak The workout is 1 hour 18 minutes and but it took me 2 hours to finish the workout meaning I took too much breaks in between. However, I walked throughout the breaks and didn't stop at all. Thank you for the workout!
I'm gonna be honest I don't even know how I managed to finish the whole workout, that was super hard lmao. Also, I'm kinda proud of myself because it wasn't easy for someone who needs to lose about 15-20 kgs. Again, thank you. edit: during this month I kept working out. I just finished this workout and let me tell you...I am not tired at all, I couldn't believe it. I love the fact that I'm finally improving stamina and getting stronger :)

I personally used ankle weights and light dumbbells in coordination with this workout set. My workout clothes were drenched in sweat at the end. It was a good one, thank you so much!

Oh yeah! 🤍🤍🤍 Update: made sure to go as fast as I could and ran through the breaks. 134bpm, 9080 steps! 💚💚💚 Did this one again and did not count steps. Threw in the 16lb vest for added resistance and was able to burn 488 active calories this time. 💚💚💚
