    Okay so basically from this workout, I found my weaknesses.
    1. My stamina is very low
    2. My arms are weak
    The workout is 1 hour 18 minutes and but it took me 2 hours to finish the workout meaning I took too much breaks in between. However, I walked throughout the breaks and didn't stop at all. Thank you for the workout!

    I'm gonna be honest I don't even know how I managed to finish the whole workout, that was super hard lmao. Also, I'm kinda proud of myself because it wasn't easy for someone who needs to lose about 15-20 kgs. Again, thank you.
    edit: during this month I kept working out. I just finished this workout and let me tell you...I am not tired at all, I couldn't believe it. I love the fact that I'm finally improving stamina and getting stronger :)

    Can you make more 10k steps videos like this one T^T, I've been doing this video over and over again (since I like it so much). I'd love if you can make more videos similar to this one, but with different songs and movements.

    I personally used ankle weights and light dumbbells in coordination with this workout set. My workout clothes were drenched in sweat at the end. It was a good one, thank you so much!

    I love this workout so much
    I completed it without feeling of tired
    It is perfect for me with no jumping, no squats, all standing
    I did it about 2~3 times a week

    First of all, a big thanks to you for doing this over an hour long video for us. I’m sure it’s not easy. This replaces my 5km run, managed to clock it as a 7km indoor walk for this routine. This is sure a keeper. And green looks good on you ❤

    I have today off, my son is in nursery and my husband is at work, so I thought today I am going to do absolutely nothing… then this workout pings up and next thing I know I’ve just done a nearly 1hr20 stepathon 😂 but I loved it ❤

    체력 없는 사람들도 살살 따라하기에 좋아요. 20분마다 브레이크타임도 있어서 합법적으로 쉴 수 있음 ㅎㅎ. 팔도 끊임없이 움직이는 동작으로 하도 누워만 있다가 오랜만에 운동한 저한테는 팔에도 자극이 많이 왔어요.

    I was looking for a simple workout to clock my steps for today cos didn't really feel like working out on a Monday ... but I found a jem 🤩 Had some issues coordinating the movements and hope to be better next time ... only did 53:30 cos it's already past 10.30pm 😅 No worries, I will be back 😘

    16/11/2022! Super session Olivia! I loved it and perfect for me because I think that for a while I will have to avoid HIIT and jumps and this ideal session for 1h20 walk while working arms and abs! Beautiful day and see you soon!

    OMG!!! Yassssss step queen!!! I was seriously low key wishing for another 10 day 2.0 step program and then you drop this gem. Oh yeah! 🤍🤍🤍
    Update: made sure to go as fast as I could and ran through the breaks. 134bpm, 9080 steps! 💚💚💚
    Did this one again and did not count steps. Threw in the 16lb vest for added resistance and was able to burn 488 active calories this time. 💚💚💚

    OMG, am I the only one whose shoulders are burning like hell ? All the rest of my body is perfectly fine but my shoulders are toast... I guess I should really work on them. Any idea Olivia ?
    I'm lucky I'm off today so I could do it in the morning. Could you let us know how long will the last two workouts be, so we can get organised ? Thanks !

      Hi, I could definitely feel it but after 2 years of step workouts I guess I am used to it:) The next two workouts are 30 minutes each:)
