I had a little discomfort in my left knee at the beginning of this workout. I used three to five pounds dumbbells and a cordless jump rope to boost the walking intervals. I burned 851 calories. I hit 9,500 steps approximately. My earlier pace was impacted by the dumbbells. I absolutely love kickboxing and walking together!!! I'll search your videos to see if there are more workouts like this one. As always---thank you for a great session!!!!
I did this workout this am, I don’t have time to complete the whole thing , but stopped at an hour and at 5’9 and 150 lbs , my Apple Watch says I burned 742 active calories and I did 6.42 miles… I did not break and did double fast steps!! Great workout!
That burn is too high. Everyone burned around 600 with this one. Did you leave it on after you finished the workout? That might have been the afterburn.
I used 1 lb hand weights and 2lb ankle weights. Faster walking and walking through the breaks and grays. 765 calories burned and my heart rate was in the 140s-150s. Great workout. 6.42 miles! 😊

Good morning! I've just completed the workout. I had to jog in place pretty quickly in order to reach 5 miles; however I did 9,619 steps! Total calorie burned 886! Thank you!!!

Workout was so goood I was sweating bullets and ended up with 10,836 steps , I walked in between the intervals and also walked during the walking break , also did the fast pace walk instead of the slower one. Highly recommend and you can truly get 10000 steps unlike some of the workouts that say you can get 10000 but only end up with 7000-8000.
Oh and do TRY to get at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep...once you've made slight changes, everything will eventually fall into place, and things will start to change/improve...starting with the MOST IMPORTANT, boosting your self confidence !!!!! Your posture will become better... Your LIFE will NATURALLY BECOME MORE "BEAUTIFUL"... ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Thank you so much for making workouts that don't hurt my knees! Low impact but effective and doable exercises. I used to lift heavy and my thighs got so bulky, but after doing your walking exercises my legs have slimmed down a bit. Plus I don't feel out of breath the way I did when I did too many HIIT exercises. Thank you! Please do more boxing exercises if you can, they give a nice burn to my shoulders and I love doing them with some light ankle weights. Keep up the good work!

Working on my strength training this week, muscle burns more calories than fat, so just doing 15 minutes cardio and some of your older one dumbbell and strength routines, feeling good with these routines, almost 57 and I am getting abs yeah 😁

I have read studies, according to the results of which smart watches are very much deceived in spending calories when walking. 500 calories... this is an obvious exaggeration, but it is not important for me, it is important - movement, positive emotions, energy. I don't think it is! 500 calories is just right for one hour workout. I think stating that 1 hour walking workout will burn 800 calories is an exageration. I've also seen videos promising to burn between 600-1100😂

Don't worry about taking breaks when you need them. Your body is still burning calories while you're catching your breath!🤗 I think you got great numbers!
Just finished this workout, roughly 8000 steps for my pace, my Fitbit says I only burned 300 calories 🫠 think it’s broken! I held dumbbells through the whole 8 rounds and held a sweat the whole time! For an 80 minute workout with dumbells, I better have burned more than 300 calories 🤪😅
Loved it. I thought I might get bored being an hour long but I didn’t, you kept it interesting. I used light wrist weights, it ups the cardio just a little bit more. Great workout, I really enjoy the boxing moves. 💪🥵

I also did with my hand 5 and i have only 7849 steps, did not take any breaks, and i did it with wight 2kl time to time. I burned 485 calories.
