    I tried this continuously for 3 months and half of my arm fat was gone 😲 It was so embarrassing to wear short sleeves with a fatty arm. Tons of thanks for this simple yet effective workout video ❤️

      @@bhuvanakanukula9944 Nope. Actually I come back at night only after office. So I don't get time to exercise in the evening. If u want u can do it in the evening too. Will be more effective.

    I followed this for 2 months before my marriage and it worked out so sooo well..My arms got thinner and toned.Then marriage, a baby girl last year and now again i need it again severely.Haha(4 years now) .Starting it from today with full motivation to get toned thin arms again 😀 Thanks for this video Anwesha ♥️

    Anwesha didi I'm a PCOd patient.frm Bangladesh. Weight 54kg.height 5.1".
    But mere arm fat bohut heads hain.icc video flow karrahi hu pichle 1wk ce.pani ke btl ke badle 2kg ke dumble use karti hu. Par Muje lag raga hain ki arm fat burn to nehi ho rehi hain. Ulte hand Bohot motiiii hote jah regain hain. Plz hlp me. Reply Karna plz didi.

    Dear friend, y these different different exercises are there for different body parts...plz tell some exercises that effects on whole body like arms thigh belly butts face etcetc...I'm begginer...started my workout after watching your motivational videos...thank you so much...

      There is only one yoga that is Surya namaskar which is helpful for toning ur full body... I tried it n got the result in only 15 days

    Hello mam thanks for this video.. I know I'm too late to watch this video.. I have faced this problem for past 3 years I'm just 19 years old clg going girl.. I have a normal body weight where my arms alone looking very bad😥I have my brother's marriage coming December I have to reduce my arm fit is this enough to reduce my arm weight in these months with proper diet and exercise... Thank you mam. 😊

      No way of toning up saggy skin although you can build muscle which will help.

    Hello dear Anwesha. Thanks a lot for yr valuable tips for wt loss. I am doing all exercises plus I go to gym yoga and have small portion of meals. Have cut down sugar. Instead having green tea. Lost wt. But lots of loose skin from arms hanging down . How to tighten this part of skin pl tell me at the earliest. Waiting for yr reply. Have a nice day.
