Can u please recommend a plan of exercises for entire week. I mean, we cant do back, arm, thigh, abs, etc exercises daily. So plz advice on how to spread all exercises thru out the week effectively

Thanks Anwesha will definitely try these exercises. Just one query, while doing the 2nd exercise at 45 degree angle are we supposed to keep our legs together or apart and also are the knees supposed to be bent?

Aap hamesha bolte ho spot reduction nahi hota hai, full body work out karna chahiye, to kya aap full body workout ek video mein nahi dikha sakte.thoda lamba hoga par please
