day 1: finished the exercise, it was tough but i pushed through day 2: i wanted to give up, my arms hurt really badly but i pushed through once again and completed it Day 3: my arms were sore from the previous day, but i did it again and it was actually a little bit easier this time around, but still not easy also i started to see a line on my arms Day 4: it surprisingly got a lot easier to do, after the wall push ups it always gets tougher, i do see some slimming in my arms though Day 5: it was pretty easy today, i had no problem getting through it, i’m seeing some results, not a ton, but definetly noticeable :) Day 6: my arms were sore from the other days of it, but i did it anyways and it was easy till the end, but i did it. i wore a tank top for the first time in a long time! Day 7: i felt a tiny bit less motivated to do it today, just one of those days, but i did it pretty easily. At the end of this, i did see my arms get slimmer, and there are a few lines that are noticeable from certain angles now!! I am very happy i did this and it has motivated me to start a complete fitness journey

Day 1: today at practice we did tris and chest which included push-ups, bench press, dips & 5 minute core I’m about to go to bed and I just did my modified version and I’m a little sore. Don’t see an noticeable difference so far, it’s only been a day *fingers crossed*

No one really shared the result inly some people did. So I have decided to start from today. Arm size: 12 inches Will update after an wèek. Please like so I won't forget. {Updating after 8 days} Actually todays is the 9th day. I forgotten to do it on the 6th day thats why. I did this exercise once in a day for 7 day and I really got some results. Even though it wasn't that shocking but still surprising. My arm size now is 11.5 inches. I will continue for a month or more untill I reach my goal. It was hard only till the 2nd day. Now it is very easy for me. My next update will come in May. But not before 25th May for sure. I decided I'm actually going to do these everyday for one week. I don't think I'll be motivated enough to do them twice a day, but we'll see. I'll do my best to update. Please like and comment to keep me accountable and motivated!😁 Day 1: I could feel my arms burning, especially during the tricep dips. I'm glad I could feel my muscles working. It seems doable. - I ended up doing it again before bed. Day 2: Surprisingly, my arms burned more in the beginning and less at the end. I'm not really seeing results, yet (obviously), but I feel great! - I did it twice today, too. Day 3: It's getting easier, but burns more because my arms are sore from previous days. Day 4: It's getting pretty easy for me. Day 5: Today was pretty much the same. - I did it again at like 1 am, so I'm counting it for today. I don't know if any fat's gone, but I do see a line of definition on each arm. Day 6: I didn't feel very motivated today, but I still did it! Day 7: I skipped for a couple days, but did it again. Overall, I'm pleased with my results. They weren't SHOCKING, but I do notice a slight difference. I'm more toned. I think I'll just continue to do this every other day as a quick and easy arm workout.

I started doing this exercises last Monday and have not noticed a big difference but I can tell that my arms are less floppy. I’m going to keep doing it for another month twice a day and see how my arms look ! Also remember that the video does say that if you want to see ultimate results you have to work out three times a week for 1.5 hours per workout and also eat healthy! So I will report my results in three weeks !
My dudes, I've done this for 2 days so far along with another arm workout video, the second day, thing were much easier, however my shoulders were in a little pain! Gonna continue for 7 days
Well I did this exercise Everything 100 times like Criss-cross :-100 And I saw a change in approximately 4days My arms were 13 inches and now they are 11.3 inches But I also used to play with my ball those days for 30mins a day(anytime) So I will recommend you to do this exercise
Hey guys, ill be doing this every day for about a week Day1: first part of work-out. My muscle mass feels increased but i dont really feel a difference. Day2: I forgot to do it so i'll add an extra day Day3: It was way easier i don't see a difference but i know it's working since it's easier to do these exercises. Day 1: Hurt a lot , and my legs hurt badly because of the chair dips. Day 2: Hurt a bit less , but my legs hurt way worse than the other day. Day 3: (a.k.a today) did and felt a bit of pain, but it went away after a few minutes. I'll keep you updated!

I’m doing this for almost 2 weeks now and I have to say it does work it’s not like there’s a really really big difference but I for sure see that they’re not as flabby as they used to be. Can’t wait how they’ll look in 1/2 months.

Ah, the wonder of youth. Keep doing those exercizes. Believe me it is WAY more difficult to start when you get old and have to face a slowing metabolism. Nobody regrets exercizing. Conversly nearly everyone who allows themself the excuses "I worked too hard" or "I'm too tired" to become self-fulling prophicies of a host of compleatly unneeded misery.
I'll be updating you guys on how it's been going: Day 1: this was so incredibly hard! My abs and my arms are so sore and weak. It started off decently okay, but then after the middle portion things got really hard. My arms feel toner, but don't look it yet. I have a feeling that all this pain will have an upside though!
I'll do this for 7 days starting tomorrow. I'll give you an update after 7 days. 😁 Update: These exercises work! I can now see a little bit of muscle in my arms. I'm continuously doing this now in lieu of my normal arm exercises.

I started yesterday, so it is my second day now. It was hard at first but bearable. I only did it once a day because I have online classes. My arms were a little sore before I went to sleep but it wasn’t that bad. Take note, I started intermittent fasting (16/8) four days ago. On my second day, my arms were still sore but I was able to complete it. My initial weight was 70 kg but today, it was 69kg. I guess, it is an acceptable progress for me since I still eat a lot during the eight hours. I will continue to update! ^_^

Tried doing these exercises today, my arms started to hurt a lot but I pushed myself to complete it.The plank exercise was the toughest for me, but will try my best to continue it atleast for a week and then see if there was a difference and I'll will be continuing it or not.
Day one: pain Day two: more pain and for some reason my legs feel sore. I can really feel the pain so I think this is working. I did it twice today. One in the morning and once at night. The second time was much harder and i almost felt like giving up but i didn't. Day three: pretty much the same as day two. Day 1 : It was fun and tough at the same time. Day 2 : It was difficult after the wall pushups but still pushed. Day 3 : I was bored and did all of them 50 times but suprisingly the plank was way easier for me and i did it for 1 min. Day 4 : I was too excited and i did all of them 100 times. Btw it was going fun until the wall pushup takes place i did it 100 times and did plank for 1 min. Actually todays is the 9th day. I forgotten to do it on the 6th day thats why. I did this exercise once in a day for 7 day and I really got some results. Even though it wasn't that shocking but still surprising. My arm size now is 11.5 inches. I will continue for a month or more untill I reach my goal. It was hard only till the 2nd day. Now it is very easy for me.
My next update will come in May. But not before 25th May for sure. Hope y'all will wait.

Day 1: I could feel my arms burning, especially during the tricep dips. I'm glad I could feel my muscles working. It seems doable.
- I ended up doing it again before bed.
Day 2: Surprisingly, my arms burned more in the beginning and less at the end. I'm not really seeing results, yet (obviously), but I feel great!
- I did it twice today, too.
Day 3: It's getting easier, but burns more because my arms are sore from previous days.
Day 4: It's getting pretty easy for me.
Day 5: Today was pretty much the same.
- I did it again at like 1 am, so I'm counting it for today. I don't know if any fat's gone, but I do see a line of definition on each arm.
Day 6: I didn't feel very motivated today, but I still did it!
Day 7: I skipped for a couple days, but did it again.
Overall, I'm pleased with my results. They weren't SHOCKING, but I do notice a slight difference. I'm more toned. I think I'll just continue to do this every other day as a quick and easy arm workout.

I have done this for 4 days already, and I can tell that some muscle has come in. A week ago I could barely hold this 5 pound cup for about two minutes straight up in the air. Now, I am sure that I could hold it for two minutes or more without dropping it. Also, my arms look like they have gotten more slimmer, and it is only my fourth day using it!!

I started doing this exercises last Monday and have not noticed a big difference but I can tell that my arms are less floppy. I’m going to keep doing it for another month twice a day and see how my arms look ! Also remember that the video does say that if you want to see ultimate results you have to work out three times a week for 1.5 hours per workout and also eat healthy! So I will report my results in three weeks !

Day1: first part of work-out. My muscle mass feels increased but i dont really feel a difference.
Day2: I forgot to do it so i'll add an extra day
Day3: It was way easier i don't see a difference but i know it's working since it's easier to do these exercises. And tomorrow will be easier to do these. I'm excited for the result.

Ah, the wonder of youth. Keep doing those exercizes. Believe me it is WAY more difficult to start when you get old and have to face a slowing metabolism. Nobody regrets exercizing. Conversly nearly everyone who allows themself the excuses "I worked too hard" or "I'm too tired" to become self-fulling prophicies of a host of compleatly unneeded misery.

I started yesterday, so it is my second day now. It was hard at first but bearable. I only did it once a day because I have online classes. My arms were a little sore before I went to sleep but it wasn’t that bad. Take note, I started intermittent fasting (16/8) four days ago. On my second day, my arms were still sore but I was able to complete it. My initial weight was 70 kg but today, it was 69kg. I guess, it is an acceptable progress for me since I still eat a lot during the eight hours. I will continue to update! ^_^

Tried doing these exercises today, my arms started to hurt a lot but I pushed myself to complete it.The plank exercise was the toughest for me, but will try my best to continue it atleast for a week and then see if there was a difference and I'll will be continuing it or not.

Day 1 : It was fun and tough at the same time.
Day 2 : It was difficult after the wall pushups but still pushed.
Day 3 : I was bored and did all of them 50 times but suprisingly the plank was way easier for me and i did it for 1 min.

Day 1:my arms are weak so this really burnsss
Day 3: i was resting yesterday bc i did a tabata the other day and i was so sore and you have to let yourself rest for one day anyway I'll do it again plus the tabata

~-Day One: I had fun with this! Did some stretches in between each workout, struggled a lot with planks. I felt these workouts in my arms for sure.
