Hi, I mostly use either PME or Wilton candy melts. Candy melts are already tempered whereas white chocolate you will have to temper yourself

Uzma Maalik hi, the blue powder is by rainbow dust. Or you can get gel colours which are suitable for use in chocolate, make sure you check though as a lot aren’t suitable. If you use the powder be sure to add some Trex or vegetable oil to avoid it seizing

Tempered chocolate will always come out of the moulds with a shine on it. You would have to dull the shine by rubbing something on it, but it’s not something I’ve ever needed to do I’m afraid

Hi, I’ve linked it in the description for you. There’s two sizes, I would personally get the larger as it lasts so much longer. You end up getting through a lot of the smaller ones.

    • @cuppakaykestutorials6452

Rejuvenator is a food-grade and food-safe ethanol. It evaporates completely to just leave the dust behind. It’s my only choice when making edible metallic paints as you have control over consistency

Hi, it’s because the temp in the fridge is lower than where you’re bringing them out to. It will disappear after they come back down to temp but try not to touch them in this time as you’ll leave marks on them. To avoid it, try not to leave them in the fridge any longer than needed to set them
