My favorite single issue is also from Sandman, it's Sandman #8, "The Sound of Her Wings," when Death is introduced. It's equal parts tragic and heartwarming, and actually made me tear up a bit when I first read it. I'd also submit that Invisibles #12, "Best Man Fall," is a phenomenal single issue, though it does kind of rely on having read Invisibles #1 to have any effect. Still, it flips what you take away from that first issue entirely on its head, and makes an important comment on action comics and action movies where the heroes easily dispatch goons without a second thought.
You get a like because your number one is the correct choice. Its my favorite Sandman story. Its amazing seeing Hob develop over the years. And it was all so Dream has a friend. Beautiful stuff.
Great picks. To anyone that 's going to adapt Superman into a video game, cartoon, tv or movie read "What's So Funny Of About Truth, Justice and The American Way." Here are some good ones: "The Boy Who Collects Spider-Man" Y: The Last Man #60 "Alas" "The Metal Men 100 page Spectacular" DC's Harley Quinn "Mad Love" Fantastic Four #285 The Amazing Spiderman #600
Great list, I wasn't aware of some of these so thanks for the recommendations! Speaking of recommendations, here are some of mine: *The Brave and The Bold Vol. 3 #33 "Ladies Night"* is probably my favorite one issue story and a MUST READ for anyone who loved The Killing Joke. *Detective Comics #826 "Slayride"* is an awesome story written by Paul Dini featuring Robin unwittingly catching a ride with the Joker. *Harley Quinn Valentine's Day Special #1* is a funny and charming story about Harley scoring a date with billionaire playboy Bruce Wayne. *Joker's Asylum #1 "Penguin"* is a great little story showcasing both the tragic and the brutal sides of The Penguin. *Nightwing Annual Vol. 2 #2 "Hero's Journey"* is a must read for anyone who loves Dick and Babs' relationship. Such a heartfelt issue. *Batman Adventures #17 "Fear Itself"* an amazing story about murderer Joe Chill for those who love Batman The Animated Series. Enjoy!
There’s this comic where Spidey helps out an old villain who got out of jail, too. Well, Peter Parker, not Spidey. Offers him a job. I forget what it’s called. It’s pre-Superior, when he worked at Horizon. I liked that issue. I also really liked an issue where Spidey teams up with Hawkeye and they have a bit of a bonding moment. Nothing outstanding of course, but as far as stand alone stories go they were cool, kinda reminiscent of The Kid who Collects Spider-Man
"The Commuter Cometh" by Peter David and Bob Layton is another classic worth seeking out. Answers the age old question of "How would Spider-man get around if he was in a suburb and not in New York?"
Here’s a few brilliant done-in-one comics that I don’t believe have been mentioned yet. Marvel Two-In-One #50 “Remembrance of Things Past” (John Byrne and a tale of two Ben Grimms.) Batman Special #1 “The Player on the Other Side” (Read it. NOW!) Master of Kung Fu #98 “The Journey as Goal” (Not enough love for Shang Chi!) Detective Comics #600 “To Kill a Legend” (A classic!) Daredevil #7 “In Mortal Combat with Sub-Mariner!” (Old school Daredevil versus Namor. DD can’t win but he won’t give up!)
Both by Alan Moore, The Jungle Line (DC comics Presents #85) and For the Man Who Has Everything (Superman Annual #11). I’m not nearly as enamored as most are by Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow as most people.

Tales of the Teen Titans #55 deals with Beast Boy's grief over the death of Terra and his desire for revenge on Deathstroke when the law fails. Great story.
How is Superman annual vol. 1 #11 not on this list.......not even a Superman fan but the Black mercy is one of the best and most iconic Superman stories of all time!!!!!
Got a couple of DC recommendations: 1) Green Lantern #88: written by Ron Marz and pencilled by his mentor Jim Starlin, this has Kyle Rainer summoned by a planet of robot-dependent Jabba the Hutt types to find out who or what is killing them off. The answer to that question sets up some very nice comeuppance for those slugs. 2) Flash "Less Than Zero" (uncertain of issue number): "I vandalize. I assault. I steal. It's what I do." Thus begins this profile of Leonard Snart aka Flash arch-nemesis Captain Cold as he hunts down his sister's murderer. Along the way, he reminisces about how he and she got involved in their life of crime. Possibly my favorite story from Geoff Johns' early career.
Silent Interlude - G.I. Joe #21 - marvel comics. How the hell did this not make the list?! Widely considered one of the greatest single issues ever, with 0 dialogue or text it manages to tell an amazing story.
While is it part of a story arc, John Byrne's Superman Man of Steel #3, where it's retconned how he and Batman met for the first time. G.I.Joe A Real American Hero Issue #21, the Silent Issue as well. There are two other that I would recommend. I don't know the exact issue of each, but well worth to look for: a) Also by Byrne, there was a Fantastic Four tie-in issue to Secret Wars II that was amazing, where a young fan of Johnny Storm light himself on fire to be like him and Johnny has to deal with the consequences of his celebrity status. b) And another Superman Story, this time Krypto centric, from the mid 2000s, that simply starts with "Krypto was a good dog..." and show a normal walk in the park interrupted by Mongul, and reminds that at the end, Krypto is really a dog.
I do not think I agree with a single one of these choices. How about - FF#51 This Man This Monster, - ASM #248 The Kid Who Collected Spider-Man, - Four Color #386 Only A Poor Old Man - The Spirit 9/5/1948 The Story of Gerhard Shnobble - ASM #33 The Final Chapter (I know this is part of a story arc, but this issue easily stand alone as Ditko's best spider-Man book) There are plenty more, but those are the first ones that come to mind.
Superman Annual 11 is a much better Superman story than Action 775. Detective Comics 475 is not a stand alone as it continues into 476. The best Batman standalone would have to be Batman 252.
That Sandman issue was great, but the one that always resonates with me is "The Sound of Her Wings." Also, Mike Grell's Green Arrow #40 deserves a spot on this list.
there were a few 'Done IN One' stories in the Doug Moench & Kelley Jones run of Batman (issue number #535) the artwork is sublime and the story is a real star, making me feel for the villains of the piece in ways that I never thought I would,
Thank you for including “What’s so funny about truth, Justice, and the American Way?” It truly is a great read. The animated version was decent, but I prefer that comic.
"Amazing Spider-Man #36 Black Cover 911 Special" is a great one shot. It deals with the towers going down and the impact it had on everyone including the antagonist of the marvel world.
Justice League Europe #6 (Keith Giffen/the League take French lessons), Uncanny X-Men #205 (Chris Claremont/1st Wolverine v "upgraded" Lady Deathstrike/Reavers), Hitman #34 (Garth Ennis/Tommy meets Superman), The Demon #22 (Matt Wagner/Witch War), Astro City #2 (Kurt Busiek/the Scoop), Detective Comics #826 (Paul Dini/Joker joyrides with Robin), the Incredible Hulk #388 (Peter David/Speedfreek), the Fantastic Four #60 (Mark Waid/interviews), Captain America #14 (Mark Waid- the Red Skull in Hell), Saga of the Swamp-Thing (Alan Moore/the Anatomy Lesson), X-Factor #87 (Peter David/team evaluation), the Batman Adventures (Paul Dini/Mad Love), Superman Annual #11 (Alan Moore/For the Man who has Everything), Punisher: the End (Garth Ennis)...just some that should be looked at.
Other great single issue stories: Sandman #8 The Sound of her Wings Lucifer #24 The Writing on the Wall Preacher #18 Texas and The Space Man 100 Bullets #11 Heartbreak Sunny Side Up Fables: The Last Castle Hellblazer #157 ...And Buried
Spider-Man Tangled Web issue 4 "Severance Package." Hulk The End one shot. Wildstorm Spotlight issue 1 - Majestic. The Authority vol 1 issue 22. Marshal Law- Takes Manhattan one shot. Marshal Law Kingdom of the Blind one shot.......all of em 'kin awesome.
"The Laughing Fish" wasn't a single-issue comic. It was part one of a two-parter that concluded with "Sign of the Joker." I can't think of the title right now, but I'd also nominate the Fantastic Four issue from the early '80s where Dr. Doom adopts Kristoff.
This was a good list. There’s one glaring omission here though and that is Saga of the Swamp Thing 21. Here are a couple lesser known great single issues on my personal list: Scalped 35 The Spectre (vol 4) 12
Batman: Gotham Knights #32 "24/7" is one of the best Batman stories ever, showing all the ways both Batman and Bruce Wayne change Gotham for the better.
Though it lacks the emotional weight of some of the other choices here, I think The Mighty Thor #337 stands as a pretty great single issue. It introduces Beta Ray Bill, a character who, motivated by the need to protect his people, beats *down* the Thunder God and takes his hammer from him. I loved it, in any event. Cheers!
Great video mate. I agree with most, but in my OPINION Spiderman vs Wolverine is one of the best one-shot comics of all-time. Yes it has two of my favorite heroes, but its the story thats really great. James Owsley nails both heroes personalities. Its in this issue Ned Leeds is murdered. A tragedy that profoundly affects Peter to this day. If you have not read it you must.
Oh I forgot Martian Manhunter In my life Part 1 and 2. Each part of the series is a single story but each part builds on the deep character that is John Johnz.
Movies and Things Surprisingly amazing single issues within a storyline, Injustice season 1, the issue where Flash ponders whether Supermans regime is the correct path or not. Hilight, Flash and Superman playing Chess faster and faster as Flash learns the game each game an issue discussed that they can rid the world of. As well as Batman new 52 first issue of Endgame where Batman takes on the entire Justice League in his Justice Buster suit. Hilight- when Flash attacks and Bruce describes how his suit cost more than the top 6 nations militaries combined.......all for the servers to track and defeat one specific Justice League menber...... as long as hopefully he isnt at Top Speed. Made me love the Flash's power set realizing how he is one of the most dangerous members
Man of Steel number one circa 1986 .Is a great single issue from way back in the day ,And Legends issue number one as well .Which set for both a great mini series. of six issue saga of Superman. and the other DC heroes of the time .
*i misunderstood the title of this vid. i was primed to cite, **_"WHATEVER HAPPENED TO... MAN OF TOMORROW/CAPED CRUSADER."_** so instead i'll cite **_"SPAWN #10._** a commentary on how the comics industry tends to prey on character creators.*
What about that Planetary issue where Elijah meets Lord Blackstock, that universe’s version Of Tarzan, and the love of his life ? Or maybe Astro City number one ? Or perhaps, the Harlan Ellison’s co-written “The Deadliest Night of My Life”, one of the weirdest Daredevil stories? Or maybe Alan Moore’s classic “For the man who has everything”?
spookyTwigg I was just going to say the same thing about Planetary (my pick would be either "Planet Fiction" or "Magic and Loss"). Ellis' all too brief Hellblazer run was also mostly self-contained issues. Coincidentally, those are my two favorite things he's ever done (and I love me some Warren Ellis). On another note, I'd nominate Grant Morrison's Invisibles #12, "Best Man Fall", which was the first issue that popped into my head for this topic. It humanizes one of the random, cannon-fodder enemies heroes always face by telling us his life story right up to the point where our protagonist blows his brains out. You know it's coming but that just makes it more powerful, good stuff.
DEADPOOL VS DEATH STROKE SPIDER-MAN AMS 121 isn't really a one issue story, considering it's directly followed up by the "final" battle between Norman and Peter in issue 122
My favorite single issue is Batgirl v1 #41. Cass and Conner have a night out Favorite story arc is Red Daughter of Krypton with Kara joining the Red Lanterns Favorite event is No Man's Land
action comics #900 theres story called "Life support" written by damon lindelof. Its about Jor-El recruiting the greatest mind on krypton to design the life support system on the ship that his son will be in. heartbreaking
My favorite is Shazam: the power of hope because of how the character grows and changes and makes so many kids happy
A salty oh man. The scene in the ICU ward was both incredibly beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time. Legit brought me on the verge of crying.
Fantastic 4 # 51 "This Man This Monster" is my personal favorite!
alan moore's superman annual story "For The Man Who Has Everything"
A much better story than Action 775.
It was two issues
No, you are thinking of "Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow?"
yes i think you're right
My favorite single issue is also from Sandman, it's Sandman #8, "The Sound of Her Wings," when Death is introduced. It's equal parts tragic and heartwarming, and actually made me tear up a bit when I first read it.
I'd also submit that Invisibles #12, "Best Man Fall," is a phenomenal single issue, though it does kind of rely on having read Invisibles #1 to have any effect. You get a like because your number one is the correct choice. Its my favorite Sandman story. Its amazing seeing Hob develop over the years. And it was all so Dream has a friend. Beautiful stuff.
Fantastic Four Annual #3 (the marriage of Sue & Reed) and my personal favorite Fantastic Four #51 ("This man this Monster")
Great picks. To anyone that 's going to adapt Superman into a video game, cartoon, tv or movie read "What's So Funny Of About Truth, Justice and The American Way."
Here are some good ones:
"The Boy Who Collects Spider-Man"
Y: The Last Man #60 "Alas"
"The Metal Men 100 page Spectacular"
DC's Harley Quinn "Mad Love"
Fantastic Four #285
The Amazing Spiderman #600
Euan, you get a like for pronouncing Constantine correctly not just once but twice. 👍👍
TrenchcoatWallflower Haha. I'm from Liverpool as well so there's no way I'm messing that up! Thanks for the like! :)
That's how we pronounce it here in Trinidad and Tobago as well.
Great list, I wasn't aware of some of these so thanks for the recommendations! Speaking of recommendations, here are some of mine:
*The Brave and The Bold Vol.
Enjoy!
The Shadow, Vampirella, Elektra and Barb Wire are so underrated comic book characters
"To Have and To Hold" is good and all, but you'd be hard pressed to find a better single issue Spider-man story than "The Kid Who Collects Spider-man"
Joshua Wade Now Im sad, but happy too. Damn it.
I like the first Roger Stern/John Romita Jr. issue from a year earlier with the Vulture.
Transmetropolitan #3. It was where I realised I'd gotten into some of the best work in the medium.
Really pleasantley surprised with this list, especially with the inclusion of DD #191. Keep up the good work!
AdddY DD #191 was amazing!!!
Here’s a few brilliant done-in-one comics that I don’t believe have been mentioned yet.
Marvel Two-In-One #50 “Remembrance of Things Past” (John Byrne and a tale of two Ben Grimms.)
Batman Special #1 “The Player on the Other Side” (Read it. NOW!)
Master of Kung Fu #98 “The Journey as Goal” (Not enough love for Shang Chi!)
Detective Comics #600 “To Kill a Legend” (A classic!)
Daredevil #7 “In Mortal Combat with Sub-Mariner!” (Old school Daredevil versus Namor. DD can’t win but he won’t give up!)
V PAUL Bartilucci Daredevil #7 is also the first use of the red costume by DD.
Justice League of America #200, is my favorite single issue of all time...
go 1.5x and you will hear this dude speaking normally
Titantron MHD I find that 1.25x sounds better
Hunter Link if you put on 0.5 he sounds drunk!!!
Cool
It's true!
OMFG I was just going to comment that holy shit
Both by Alan Moore, The Jungle Line (DC comics Presents #85) and For the Man Who Has Everything (Superman Annual #11). I’m not nearly as enamored as most are by Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow as most people.
I'm so happy you included the Superman story What's So Funny. It's one of my favorites.

Sandman #8, Superman: Peace on Earth, the Larfleeze Christmas Special, Saga of the Swamp Thing #21, and Batman annual #2 are some great ones
Tales of the Teen Titans #55 deals with Beast Boy's grief over the death of Terra and his desire for revenge on Deathstroke when the law fails. Great story.
My personal favorite will always be John Constantine Hellblazer #27 “Hold Me” by Neil Gaiman. Fantastic issue
YES!! I was disappointed it didn't make the list.
G.I. Joe #21 "Silent Interlude" introduction of Storm Shadow no words in the whole issue
Anthony Handlovitch. I absolutely agree. Was going to say this issue myself and saw you had beat me to it. Lol
Sandman #18 A Dream of a Thousand Cats belongs on this list.
How is Superman annual vol. 1 #11 not on this list.......not even a Superman fan but the Black mercy is one of the best and most iconic Superman stories of all time!!!!!
Got a couple of DC recommendations:
1) Green Lantern #88: written by Ron Marz and pencilled by his mentor Jim Starlin, this has Kyle Rainer summoned by a planet of robot-dependent Jabba the Hutt types to find out who or what is killing them off.
Eisner's The Spirit has some amazing single issues
Silent Interlude - G.I. Joe #21 - marvel comics. How the hell did this not make the list?! Widely considered one of the greatest single issues ever, with 0 dialogue or text it manages to tell an amazing story.
I agree 110%, it is a must have, even if one is not a G.I. Joe fan... Also it is the first appearance of Storm Shadow...
The problem is that it was unintentional so it was not a creative choice to have the issue be silent
There was a post-death of Damien Wayne issue of Batman that is very similar. No dialog at all. And it's so heartbreakingly sad.
While is it part of a story arc, John Byrne's Superman Man of Steel #3, where it's retconned how he and Batman met for the first time.
G.I.Joe A Real American Hero Issue #21, the Silent Issue as well.
There are two other that I would recommend. I don't know the exact issue of each, but well worth to look for:
a) Also by Byrne, there was a Fantastic Four tie-in issue to Secret Wars II that was amazing, where a young fan of Johnny Storm light himself on fire to be like him and Johnny has to deal with the consequences of his celebrity status.
b) And another Superman Story, this time Krypto centric, from the mid 2000s, that simply starts with "Krypto was a good dog..." and show a normal walk in the park interrupted by Mongul, and reminds that at the end, Krypto is really a dog.
I do not think I agree with a single one of these choices.
How about
- FF#51 This Man This Monster,
- ASM #248 The Kid Who Collected Spider-Man,
- Four Color #386 Only A Poor Old Man
- The Spirit 9/5/1948 The Story of Gerhard Shnobble
- ASM #33 The Final Chapter (I know this is part of a story arc, but this issue easily stand alone as Ditko's best spider-Man book)
There are plenty more, but those are the first ones that come to mind.
Didn't Fox Kids adapt The Kid Who Collected Spider-Man into an animated series episode?
Superman Annual 11 is a much better Superman story than Action 775. Detective Comics 475 is not a stand alone as it continues into 476. The best Batman standalone would have to be Batman 252.
2:57 THANK YOU! I have been on a one-man crusade to make sure Denny and Neal get the credit Miller is to this day unjustly credited with.
DD #191 is my favorite comic book ever, I even got my copy signed by Frank Miller last year
That Sandman issue was great, but the one that always resonates with me is "The Sound of Her Wings."
Also, Mike Grell's Green Arrow #40 deserves a spot on this list.
I love comic book related videos from Ewan, one of the only people on youtube who's opinion I respect when it comes to this stuff
there were a few 'Done IN One' stories in the Doug Moench & Kelley Jones run of Batman (issue number #535) the artwork is sublime and the story is a real star, making me feel for the villains of the piece in ways that I never thought I would,
Thank you for including “What’s so funny about truth, Justice, and the American Way?” It truly is a great read. The animated version was decent, but I prefer that comic.
"Amazing Spider-Man #36 Black Cover 911 Special" is a great one shot. It deals with the towers going down and the impact it had on everyone including the antagonist of the marvel world.
hitman 34, my favorite superman story of all time, and detective comics 826 come to mind really quick
I love What Culture, but you're my favorite! Keep up the good work, Ewan!
(Sorry if I misspelled your name!)
Other great single issue stories:
Sandman #8 The Sound of her Wings
Lucifer #24 The Writing on the Wall
Preacher #18 Texas and The Space Man
100 Bullets #11 Heartbreak Sunny Side Up
Fables: The Last Castle
Hellblazer #157 ...And Buried
Spider-Man Tangled Web issue 4 "Severance Package."
Hulk The End one shot.
Doom adopts Kristoff.
if i never watch this channel again, the correct way that "Constantine" is pronounced, has earned Ewan a sub.
Superman annual No. 11
Thor #7 2018, I thought this was a perfect single issue. Such a beautiful story, well told, which successfully showed the humanity of Thor
Winter soilder : winter kills
FF#17
Detective comics #475 the laughing fish
Action Comics #775
The question #1
Hellboy #6
Daredevil #191
Hellblezer #11
Sandman #13
This was a good list. There’s one glaring omission here though and that is Saga of the Swamp Thing 21.
Here are a couple lesser known great single issues on my personal list:
Scalped 35
The Spectre (vol 4) 12
My favorite is Incredible Hulk: The End from Marvel. Incredible Writing and art this one should be read by all.
Marvel's GI Joe #21 Silent Interlude. The famous issue with no words.
"X-men Origins: Jean Grey" is literally a work or art. You should check it out.
Alice Dubois I will at some point
Actually, I think the best stand-alone Sandman story is "Ramadan". Compelling, fascinating and the deliciously ironic ending is awesome!
O'Neil & Cowan's Question is the greatest comic book run of all time.
Cheers!
MrMike11233 It s a great issue , but not a standalone.It continues up until Thor 340.
I rlly like batman #51 from the new 52, batman rebirth #23 and batman black and:white two of a kind.
Hellboy: Krampusnacht was a lot of fun as well
Loved red hood and the outlaws number 7 as a single issue though not nearly as good as the stuff you put up there.
“The Amazing Spider-Man Annual #5”, “The Parents of Peter Parker”. The first story of Peter’s parents, shocking & redeeming.
Invincible #11. Just a radical direction for any super-hero book to take and it set up everything that came after.
The new 52 shazam volume know it's a few issues together but as a volume it's brilliant and really updated the character
Emerald Dawn # 1. I own like 3 copies. It just has a jarring emotion to it. And ends beautifully.
Oh I forgot Martian Manhunter In my life Part 1 and 2. Each part of the series is a single story but each part builds on the deep character that is John Johnz.
Whatever Happened To The Caped Crusader by Neil Gaiman just missed it by 1 issue : it was 2 issues long but an absolute must read.
Long Halloween > the dark knight returns
I love both, but you're right.
Batman #50>every other Batman story.
Movies and Things that should be/shouldve been the next batman trilogy of movies.... so friggin good
Movies and Things Surprisingly amazing single issues within a storyline, Injustice season 1, the issue where Flash ponders whether Supermans regime is the correct path or not.
Movies and Things I agree
Man of Steel number one circa 1986 .Is a great single issue from way back in the day ,And Legends issue number one as well .Which set for both a great mini series. of six issue saga of Superman. and the other DC heroes of the time .
Wild C.A.T.s #21 I read and read and read when it dropped. A few years ago a reread it and it is still fantastic.
Sandman #13, I just read that for the first time like 5 days ago. And yeah it's really good.
The best single issue comic I can think of is Uncanny X-men #143. It's a solo Kitty Pryde story that takes place very early in her
X-men career.
Swamp Thing Winter Special #1 is a great one-shot story!
Wolverine #32 (2003). Damn that was a great issue.
Gustavowith you could have so many from planetary. Warren Ellis is a genius.
spookyTwigg I was just going to say the same thing about Planetary (my pick would be either "Planet Fiction" or "Magic and Loss").
THIS IS DEFINITELY A REALLY OBVIOUS ONE BUT , THE DEATH OF GWEN STACY.
DEADPOOL VS DEATH STROKE SPIDER-MAN AMS 121 isn't really a one issue story, considering it's directly followed up by the "final" battle between Norman and Peter in issue 122
Spiderman #700 deserves an honorable mention
Good luck to you Sir and I'm Glad you are following with our Father.
for a single issue of Pure Spider-Man Hilarity, I'd go with The Short Halloween
Star Wars: PURGE by Dark Horse deserves a mention.
HUlk The End should be there. MY favorite single issue comic ever, great book.
My favorite single issue is Batgirl v1 #41. Cass and Conner have a night out
Favorite story arc is Red Daughter of Krypton with Kara joining the Red Lanterns
Favorite event is No Man's Land
I like shazam: the power of hope and batman: war on crime for how deep and thought provoking they are.
I love the killing joke
More of a graphic novel?
Ok so Im new to the world of comic books so can you explain why that matters?
It's not a graphic novel. It was released as a single issue.
Kbitch Kal it doesn't matter
Kbitch Kal it’s not a single issue though it’s a graphic novel
Aliens: PIG. i find this one shot fantastic. A great comedic tale within the Alien Universe
Lots of Punisher issues from 100 and before of Punisher and Punisher War Journal. Punisher Armory #1.
You should check out Image comic's Invincible #60. It a company wide crossover told in one issue.
Batman : War on crime is just a piece of art!
So many great single issues out there that are made by independent comic publishers.
Elektra Lives Again
Miller/Varley
Wait A Midsummer Night's Dream isn't on here?
My favorite would be Immortal Weapons #3 Dog brother #1's Origin Story
As far are recent comics go, I taught Batman #48 was pretty damn perfect.
Weren't The Elite created as an alternate company equivalent to The Authority, Wildstorm's most powerful(and brutal)superteam?
"John ConstanTINE..." Tine? Someone please gut this man.
WOW, issue 13 over Midsummer Night's Dream? bold choice there Euan...
And " Action Comics " #775 was in response to " The Authority " comic book
One more Day remains the reason why I do not read spider-man anymore.
GaleightheRogue have they retconned that catastrophe yet?
action comics #900 theres story called "Life support" written by damon lindelof. Its about Jor-El recruiting the greatest mind on krypton to design the life support system on the ship that his son will be in. heartbreaking
