For those who want really lose fat you must doing caloric deficit (C.D is when you increase the number of calories your body needs but still consume the same number of calories from food) and doing these exercise even more intense one gradually cuz it will make your core strong and when u do the caloric deficit it will get rid of that fat layering your abdominal muscles and make your abs visble

Results in 2 weeks and by the end of summer i will be jacked ive been doing abb obliques for 3 weeks and only show but its not hard but thanks for this workout i feel like a pro with the new me

Hate to break this to y'all, but working out is only one part of losing fat. You need to sleep at least 7 hours, be on a caloric deficit, walk, etc.
