    Nice video guys, just a small observation from a fellow instructor, i would recommend you to extend your arms a bit more fowards, otherwise you eat a bit of very important reach and your head is less protected by your crossguard

    And the fingers are no more...I would turn the grip so the crossguard can protect fingers

      I would say the vulnerability of the fingers shown here is due to the fact that the cut is not being intercepted early enough. The higher your hands and the earlier into the cut you intercept, the steeper the angle of their blade and as such the safer your fingers. I also don't agree with using the tight arm structure when using the Zwerch as a parry, for the reasons stated, the straight armed Zwerch gives considerably greater protection to my mind, that being said, being used as a Nachschlag the tight arm Zwerch is a beaut.
