@@orsonzedd I think Xavier's onto something, since having Waluigi and some of the Diamond City crew join Wario could enable some fun "light asymmetry" gameplay with different stats & abilities like 3D World had by building off SMB2 (or New Luigi U for a 2D example):
+ Wario could play like he does in WL2-4 or Shake It
+ Waluigi could play like another riff on how Mario plays (like how Wario flipped the Mario format being more about treasure & bullying enemies), maybe with more verticality outside of jump height?
+ Mona could be more traditional or a little more about Speedo, maybe give her scooter an ATV-style retool
+ Ashley could have more shmup gameplay like she got in Gold, or leaning into Parodius or Galaga?
There's plenty to work with here
maybe even have a 2D beat-em-up mode like Turtles In Time/Hyperstone Heist or Streets of Rage

I feel like if they were to make a new Wario Land game, they'd take a Wario Land 3 approach and have you unlock Wario's abilities throughout the adventure (also no health).
This would be the most logical and best choice IMO, this would allow a new generation of players to be introduced to Wario Land while also bringing back the older fans for a new yet familiar experience.
This would also make sense lore-wise considering Wario hasn't been in the treasure hunting business for a long time, so he is most likely a bit rusty and has to relearn his old techniques over the course of the story.
    It's a win-win!

If you're interested in more "Wario-Likes", check out the likes of Antonball Deluxe, Sugary Spire, Treasure Tech, Duke Dashington, Shovel Knight: King of Cards, Tembo the Badass Elephant, and Susan Taxpayer. All of them are inspired by Wario Land in some shape or form (or Pizza Tower in the case of Sugary Spire).
As for Wario Land itself, I'd certainly love to see Waluigi be a more active participant in Wario's games, but I was hesitant in suggesting he should be a playable character... until I saw the leaked Mr. Stick update for Pizza Tower, and I thought "if this thin, wiry character can plow down enemies as well as Peppino, then surely Waluigi can bash up bad guys as well as Wario!". Levels would have to be designed around both characters' unique features, though, so hopefully something cool, creative, and thoughtful would come out of that. Even still, I'd just like a new Wario Land game in general, since Wario's my favorite video game character, and we really do miss out on Wario's full character by focusing only on WarioWare.

the only way to mix Wario land and ware titles to my understanding is to mix them together with the next ware game.
Wario runs out of ideas on what to create in his crappy games and starts to lose money from it because his games are too unoriginal. He then hears of something that happened somewhere that he can profit from, and it kick start's a Wario Land/ware game where you can find secrets or something in the land levels that give Wario ideas for new ware minigames.
this would probably be Nintendo's way to check if there's a market for Wario land titles without completely committing to one.

Wario Ware's Wario: " oh, easy money! "
    Wario Land's Wario: " oh, money! "
and this is why Wario Land's Wario is a much better character that deserves more games than Wario Ware's Wario.

I would love to see a new Wario Land game. Have Wario and Waluigi face off against the lovely yet ruthless Captain Syrup. Honestly they could have Syrup have a new hideout somewhere in Sarasaland. Honestly I think most of the residents of Diamond city probably hail from Sarasaland. It would be humorous seeing Daisy cameo and Captain Syrup masquerade as a noblewoman.

Great video! Loved your ideas for a new Wario Land, although the cynic in me thinks if we ever see a new entry, it won't involve Waluigi or any WarioWare character crossovers. That said, I'd flip out if they announced a new Land game, and frankly at this point I'd pop off for an HD port of Shake It lol. Also, hard agree that Land and Ware can coexist too - they're completely different genres. I love the WarioWare games, but they are in no way a stand-in for Wario Land, regardless of the shared protagonist.

I love Wario Land and I would give a lot for a new part or a remake. It's hard to say what to expect from Nintendo in this regard
On the one hand they added Wario Land 3 on NSO service in February so they are still remember about this series.
On the other, it seems that Nintendo currently sees Wario as a minigames icon, leaving platform games to Mario and characters closer to him(Luigi, Peach, Yoshi etc.).
2024 marks the 30th anniversary of the first Wario Land game. If we don't get a new Wario Land then, we probably won't get one ever. We need to be active as fans to make Nintendo see that it's worth it
I believe supporting games like Pizza Tower and Anton Blast is one of the ways to do that, because similar indie games have brought back the Metroid series, cause Nintendo has recognized the interest of fans.

I think the game is just a bunch of stupid mini games in one game and I just don’t think that it does anything with Wario other the fact and it’s just a mini games in a game kind of game with warriors face stuck on it that’s it, at least, Wario land, and the Wario World Series, Did something with Gloria I’m just curious if anybody feels the same way as I do because I kind of feel like I’m the only one…

Wario land games were not selling and just like any series that don't sell they stop making games for it cause it costs money. Evan the Warioware games are barely selling. You think Nintendo gonna have two series that not selling around just for fanservice?
Waluigi was not made by Nintendo, he was only made for spinoff games making him a filler character. He does not exist outside of sports spinoff games and Wario is a villain in the mario universe. Just because daisy is in wonder don't mean Waluigi should appear in Wario games. Most Wario fans don't like Waluigi anyway. Evan Waluigi fans don't like Wario but have the nerve trying to force him into Wario games. Wario games are for his fans not mario or waluigi fans. There a reason why no mario character has not appear in a Wario game for three decades. Just because there demands or silly fan ideas won't mean it will bring Wario land back. In the numbers are not there then they won't care.

I would have freaking loved Shake It, but I never heard of it when it came out. I think that one’s on Nintendo, the Game Boy ones weren’t selling terribly, Nintendo just needs to market it better. Look at Pikmin, suddenly it’s super popular because 1) everyone has a Switch and 2) because they actually were serious about the marketing
