For card games, I have an idea: Library of Ruina Each character has a set of 9 combat pages (Cards) and a resource called light that they spend to use those pages. Characters could work somewhat like Hero,, where they use a special (most likely down special) to select which page they'll use, and then that page becomes their side special, if they have the light to use it. They would be difficult characters to learn, having to recognize what cards do (restore light, draw pages), remembering them by their card art and knowing when or when not to use them. Also to help players not get stuck in situations where they have no pages or no light, they would have a slow regeneration of light and pages over time. For characters, I think it would have to be either Roland or Angela Roland is somewhat of a main character for the game, he's the first one you see, and is the first playable character. He has great combat potential, having 8 different weapons in his arsenal, all having their respective pages. He would stand out greatly within the smash cast. For his final smash, it would have to be his ultimate move, Furioso, being a powerful rushdown using all of his weapons. For Angela, she is practically the face of LoR, being the one who created the library, and gathering/controlling all of the books. She has great, if not overwhelming potential for a moveset. She could take inspiration from her combat sprites, where she summons abnormalities (monsters) from her books to momentarily attack for her, or she could take from her Realizations, where she embodies the abnormalities, using weapons based on them. Both offer incredible opportunities for different moves and animations, and represent alot of Library of Ruina, along side the previous game, Lobotomy Corporation. For a final smash, she could use any variety of E.G.O pages, but if i had to choose, I would have to go with Whitenight, allowing for a cinematic smash potentially reminiscent of sephiroth's. And as for relationship with nintendo, Library of Ruina somewhat recently had a switch release with the support of Arc System Woirks. While the developers, Project Moon, aren't exactly the most well known, they've been steadily gaining popularity with their most recent game, Limbus Company. And as a final note, I have to give an honorable mention to other potential characters, like gebura, being one of the most powerful and iconic character in the series, or binah, another incredibly powerful and unique character, or even Argalia, being the main antagonist of the game.

You missed vehicular combat genre. Sweet Tooth from Twisted Metal would be obvious. Though idk how well he would fit smash, his design is probably too much.

Of course League is gonna be chosen for the MOBA genre. However, one thing is for certain, if you're gonna have a character representing a MOBA, the Final Smash should be the chosen character's Ultimate, used in a Team fight with other characters from their game. Otherwise, it feels like your typical character. One character initiating, the rest helping, while the lead character using the ultimate to finish.

Ok ima be honest The RayMan in the Phantom Show DLC for Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope wasn’t my favorite and I really didn’t like it and it’s because Mario wasn’t in it not Rabbid Mario I’m talking about the REAL REAL Mario ya Rabbid Mario is cool too but if the REAL REAL Mario was in the RayMan in the Phantom Show DLC then it would have been my TOP FAVORITE DLC it’s cuz Mario is my Favorite Nintendo Character

I would Like for the next smash game that they Focus more on the main character of the line for example an Option for choosing multiple versions of mario under one slot or for example choosing different versions of kirby would be nasty. If it would up to me I rather make dlc‘s for characters like Mario, DK and Bowser that give them different movesets or power ups than making tons of dlc‘s for fire emblem broken sword fighter

Warioware: move it already had a good template for a Wario Land game. Though the whole crew went to an island resort, Wario's storyline is that he found out about their ancient treasure and went on an unseen temple raiding adventure whlie the rest were doing minigames. If they had Wario's adventure playout like Wario Land 4 with the warioware minigames being mandatory to setup story beats you'd have a good balance of both gameplay types.

One of my frustrations with this game is that Rayman never meets the real Mario, which would make a better crossover than Mario and Sonic (who don't have much in common, they were just competitors in the 90s and the early days of 3D games). What's needed is a mod to integrate Rayman into Mario's team so that he can accompany them on this epic, fantastic adventure.

Honestly this is one franchise that I'd instantly preorder the special edition switch, collectors edition steelbook, merch etc for a new entry, or even just an uprising remaster/remake. I played uprising so much as a teenager every single day for months with my friends. Apart from the lack of good left handed controls it was and is my favourite game for the 3ds.

I want to see a Snes styled Remake of Kid Icarus 2.

It would morph into a Donkey Kong 64 type. A game that is long enough to have its quirks, but not nearly as good as either DKC or Banjo for its substance There is a reason why Wario adopted the spot he found himself in. Video games during that period learned how to market convention as opposed to selling us on a world winning epic It's like watching movies change from the early 90's to the mid 2000's once they proved that they could do it, studios and audiences alike grew disinterested in meaningful storylines. Just give us the fluff in bite sized quantities that we may consume until new years resolution. Where we pretend we aren't going to do things the same way all over again

I really hope splatoon 4 will shake up the gameplay for the main modes a bit. After playing all 3 games turf war is getting boring and annoying with how the laat 4 seconds are the only ones that actually matter. And ranked is alright but i would like it if they actually created new modes. For the next game i just want new things. I do not need returning stuff as Splatoon3 has basically returned everything making it feel like a big collection. I love splatoon but i hope that splatoon4 will be new and fresh instead of the same thing but with additions. If my wishes can go really crazy than i'd ask for a full on salmonrun game instead as that is my all time favorite mode and what i come back for. They could do so much with the zombie invasion like gameplay. New modes, bigger maps. Heck maybe even play as salmonids against computer ink/octolings. Possibly a salmonrun storymode too!

As far as I'm concerned from what we got in Splatoon 3, as long as we still get to see the idols in the Squid Sisters, Off the Hook, and Deep Cut in future content and titles for the franchise, especially as the Now or Never Seven, I'll be satisfied. The Splatoon Community loves them, and it would not be the same to not see them again as the series continued.

Nope if it works dont fix Final Fantasy has lost it by going action rpg.And they know thats why they gone all out on better graphics to distract the original gameplay.They would be better off if they looked at how successful Sea of Stars Opathus Travelers has been I enjoyed playing the old style than the new formats.Thats why the Final Fantasy 7 remake will never top the original. It was never intended to it to expand on it thats why the changes were made.They made sure you were never going to get a full original remake.I hope they dont make the sane mistake with Chron Trigger Its doesn't need a remake remaster it and add voice actors and maybe tweak the battle enemies and bosses add some more weapons and moves but leave the battle system alone.

I want to be able to pull apart and put together my weapons like I'm bored at school and decide to dissect a pen. It would be cool if you could put mods on your weapons that could increase accuracy or range or give you a different sub/special. Or maybe you can sponsor your weapon with one of the brands similar to how many of the weapons we already have are already branded. Each brand would give your weapon a different set of subs and specials. Maybe some brands even get to use a suped up version of one of the specials. That would probably be easier to balance than fully customisable kits.
