When Wario performs ground pound, his body moves up a little bit. If you perform it precisely at the upper corner Wario can get clipped into the wall. Wario can then move to upperleft or upperright in the wall (hence if the player want to go straightly upward, Wario has to zigzag in the wall like 12:56). This is a techinique also commonly used in WL4 any% speedrun.

Not trying to be rude, but years ago, this guy called EddieERL speedran this on the same difficulty, but challenged himself by not using any sort of glitching, no resetting, and collecting all 16 discs, all without ever taking damage. To prove he'd beat it without ever taking damage, he used a code to make it so he'd always be at 1 heart(By that I mean he starts every level and boss battle with 1 heart remaining and collecting hearts in the levels would not restore his hearts. Not even the heart chest would refill his hearts.) Still, it's nice to see another WL4 S-Hard speedrun, even if you were just doing an any% run.
Lmao, only other input I have on this is that I cannot stand listening to the “one heart left” noise the whole game so I was very annoyed they didn’t collect any health in that TAP which didn’t even matter since they don’t take a hit anyways. Basically torture
