I’m not on her side at all, but this “evidence” is flimsy at best & far from solid. They paraded her in front of the cameras for national news though, so the prosecution knows the defense won’t be able to get an unbiased jury. I don’t like when the friends and/or family of these mass shooters get railroaded into convictions when the shooter dies during the incident. I think it is the prosecution and police playing up to the public and saying “we are going to put someone in prison for this” when the person or persons prosecuted may have genuinely not known what was going to happen. Say, for example, you have a hunting buddy or buddies and you practice shooting with these people and you may even trade some stuff with them. Next thing you know you get a call on your phone & you find out they did something horrible and also died as a result. The very next thing that happens is the Feds show up and start blaming you for something you had no knowledge of and are disgusted by. Then they find a way to charge you, put your name in the media and completely ruin your life. If someone is genuinely guilty, that is different, but sometimes I question the level of responsibility the authorities place on people associated with the actual person responsible
