While I support the idea of the talk and use a LC diet myself, there is IMHO a mistake at 6:35. To my understanding the dietary fats go packaged in chylomicrons via the lymph through the thoracic lymph duct into the bloodstream, which than deliver it to the body cells. I think the claim of the HC mainstream is not that the dietary SF are deposited in the arteries themself, but rather that they increase the cholesterol, which than gets deposited.
Especially if you are on the side of science and want to fight myths you need to be extra correct...
