Love how they incorporated this song into the theme. You could hear it absolutely everywhere!! To describe the loneliness and disassociation that Bruce feels from humanity, you can’t get any better than Kurt Cobain singing about his loneliness. PERFECT
maybe in the next movie they will use ‘dumb’ as the inspiration for the orchestral music, and as the ‘theme’ song. Or one of the other more dark sounding Nirvana songs
they used this song in the film like 3 times and I'm honestly so happy they sticked to one instead of multiple usage of songs because it will forever be imprinted on our brains and it will trigger the memory of the first time we all wacthed this EPIC masterpiece Batman film in theaters. SO GOOD.
The song was amazing, the movie was amazing, the experience of watching a batman movie in the theaters with the boys after all these years was amazing! Honestly the best movie of the year so far.

Great movie. Glad they focused on the detective side of Batman this time around and gave it a more grounded story plot. Really put emphasis on the fact that Batman is just a man in a costume thats going out of his way to save Gotham. I love it.
Yup it was a really great path to go on for the movie; it didn't just feel like a soulless reboot and actually brought to us themes and sides of the character we haven't seen on screen yet. Loved it!
As a gigantic fan of Nirvana, I have never enjoyed a 4 minute long monologue of a movie more than the one that set the tone for The Batman. Loved the monologue at the end too

Very well done. I can hear it everywhere. Just like I can hear the leak in the creaky bridge. And the whining of the animals, that I now call my own. And the drip drip dripping from the dark room in the ceiling. And the fish drowning, from sorrow. Good job on this.
