For being a singular introductory film in a trilogy this already has a place cemented next to The Dark Knight level of masterpiece. The acting, plot, soundtrack and especially the Cinematography were incredible. I wish i could experience the movie like it was my first time.
And I hope the best for the sequel and its possible trilogy, and it deserves much more, Matt Reeves did incredible to make the beginning of something great...

The Batman is a masterpiece. Simple as that. The representation of Batman, the cinematography, the musical score, story, acting… just brilliant. One of my all-time favorite films, and you did it justice with this edit my friend.
@@dosomestuff1949 agreed. However, I can’t help but feel that the 2.39:1 aspect ratio gives this film the feeling they wanted to give it. Greg Fraser did an excellent job and I for one believe this movie should be nominated for best cinematography
A masterclass in filmmaking and probably the most grounded superhero film ever made! It was all I wanted from the film, a slow paced gritty and dark atmospheric Neo noir detective mystery action thriller on the lines of some of the greatest films like seven and zodiac that never over or under does by keeping everything simmering but is absolutely immersive and delivers all what it's sets out to do. A masterpiece indeed! It offers something fresh to the Batman mythos by not being a Batman thriller but is a thriller with Batman elements! And I was so elated watching Pattinson being Battinson. The Cinematography is Gorgeously Captivating that keeps us stunned for most of the times while making sure to give us chills. The score is so epic and very heroic at the same time, literally one of my favorites. The insane color grading of red, orange and black goes very well with the neo noir toning of the film and that Halloween background is just a catalyst to it! Loved your Tribute on it, Do check out Mine too!
I was impressed that both of you: The beauty of, Amazing shots, and The vibes of, managed to make a compilation of the beautiful cinematography of The Batman in 1 day. This is wonderful :D
This film is exquisite! No other comic book movie is going to top The Batman this year in terms of cinematography, storytelling, character development and suspense.
Every shot of this film was so mesmerizing and captivated me with its level of detail and engrossing atmosphere that amplifies every beautifully lit and contrasted frame. Greg Frasier is quickly becoming one of my favorite cinematographers working today and his dynamic, IMMERSIVE work like here is a big reason why.
The fact that the first movie is already being compared to The Dark Knight (regardless of which one is a better film) shows how much potential this trilogy or more can have. We could be witnessing one of the greatest comic book movie adaptations ever being put to screen.
