I love that you are recycling these hangers. And another use for icord, bonus points!
👍
The sweaters you are both wearing are GORGEOUS!
Thank you Barbara!
Another idea is two strings of “Livsar” lights sold at Ikea. Each string has 12 balls. They look like balls of yarn, adorable for hanging 24 little advent sweaters, one sweater on each lighted ball.
Such a great idea. Also good for hanging up Magnus Mouse's sweaters in a little mousey wardrobe. Perhaps a shoe box wardrobe with a piece of dowel for a rail.
Who are those people disliking this video? Probably not very creative themselves. Love the little hangers.
Such a good idea, especially when you upcycle old things.Thats the way of the futur to save our planet!
What a great idea they are so adorable. And you’re videos are the best . And I will say Moose Moose to you all .
😊
That icord had me mesmerized too!
Hypnotizing.
The little hangers are so wonderful. Absolutely perfect for the wee jumpers!
Carlo is a wow boy with the sweater i am french sonexcuse my writing in english Arne is always doing interesting projets
I like you both very much .
Great English and thank you for watching Louise!
Wow! A mechanical french knitter! Wonderful
My aunt crocheted covers for hangers.I don’t have them any longer but might try to make some for myself. Thanks for the hanger making lesson - very helpful.
You are welcome
Drinking my coffee and watching you guys. So cute the mini hangers.
Enjoy your coffee!
Love the hangers, and i cord machine. I just received my shipment of your Rowen yarn, and Alpaca dk for my pillow squares. I need to order your red yarn now. Thank you for all the inspiration! You kept me going through the worst of the pandemic, and I can’t thank you enough for that. I’m still knitting squares between projects💕
We are glad to hear that😀
I like the look of the little hangers for the jumpers. You folks have much nicer wire hangers then we do here in the USA.
Yes I noticed that the wire looks sturdier then what we have here in Australia. The wire hangers here are mostly used at dry cleaners.
Love the thought about covering full size metal hangers with i-cord. Great way to use leftover yarn..... Thanks again.
OMG this is brilliant and I can use jewelry wire since I do not own any wire hangers. Your talents crease to amaze me!!!!! 💕
Yes, me too! 😊
Thank you!
OMGOODNESS WHEN I WAS A CHILD I HAD A WOODEN TUBE WITH THE FOUR HOOKS ON TOP AND A LITTLE STICK THAT I WOULD MAKE THE SAME THING … I MADE CARPETS FOR MY DOLL HOUSE 🏠…… THANK YOU FOR BRINGING BACK MEMORIES ❤️🙏🧶….. I STILL HAVE IT 🎊
You are welcome!
Fabulous idea for the sweet little sweater hangers! Carlos, that sweater looks amazing on you 😍
Love the hangers!
Thank you Sheri!
I love my Prym I-cord maker! It gets addictive.
Very!
How clever you fellows are! How cute. They would work for doll clothes also. Thank you. Wonderful seeing you both.
Cool idea for repurposing those terrible metal hangers. Love all your ideas. Thank you both x
The hangers are adorable! I am loving the knitting the sweaters with the Norwegian wool! It knits up beautifully! You guys are geniuses!
Great idea for leftover yarn and turning ugly wire hangers into something pretty! ❤
Cute ideas with the sweater and hangers 😊🇨🇦
Thank you!❤
So relaxing today as you guided us thru the process
I adore this. The hangers are great, the i-cord maker looks positively addictive!
I just love the idea for the hangers.
What a cute idea to go with the jumpers! 🤗 thank you!
You two have a huge collection of sweaters ,they are so beautiful and you look nicely coordinated today…..
Great idea, look lovely with the jumpers on them x
What a nice way to recycle hangers ! Kids would love to use their Icords for that. All this done in lee than 15 minutes Wow !
Message for Arne. The notches in the sides of the pivot of the pliers is especially designed to cut wire such as those coat hangers. Open the pliers until the notches are aligned, slot the wire in, squeeze the pliers closed. It will neatly cut the wire. Try it!
Arne and Carlos I love the little hangers. Just doing the turtle neck on my first little jumper, your timing for hanging ideas is perfect. Please pet Freya and Helmer for me
Will do!
Another delightful episode! Thank you both!
I love how the hangers finish the sweaters.
😊
I live in Rhode Island USA and love watching all your chats and learn so much from you ! Thanks so much !

Hello Massachusetts ! Where are you in MA? I am in Westerly...I really enjoy watching Arne & Carlos...we have a shortage of knit shops here so it's great to order their Rowan yarn...a very happy holiday season to you and your family...Merry Christmas ! If you are ever in the area, let me know...we can meet and exchange knitting info !
What great little hangers, sweater number one finished
Well done!
I love both of your sweaters your wearing.
Hello!!! I Am still here. After visiting my grandchildren in São Paulo. I live in Rio de Janeiro. I have spent 10 days there.
Welcome back!
Arne’s pullover 😍
Arne is “cleaning” again, as in making new projects out of stuff in the house…and I LOVE IT!!! A very fun new project. Thank you! ❤️
Carlos- you look absolutely stunning in that sweater. The blue is so complimentary. I couldn’t concentrate on the hangers because I was loving how beautiful the sweater looks❤️. Did you design the sweater?
My sentiments too!
Agree, and I can see my husband in that sweater Arne has on here. They both look like good choices for winter indoor sweaters. (We are keeping our house at 60-65 degrees F and sweaters are what make that doable.)
I'm with all of you!! I hope this is a pattern that will be availalble, (hint, hint!!!)
Such an adorable idea! ⭐❤💚⭐
They are so cute. Thank you.
That is such a clever idea! Love it!! 😊
Thank you!
Where were you two when my grandfather made a number of hangers for the doll clothes my mother made my doll for a fabulous Christmas gift 63 years ago when I was 7? I remember that as if yesterday. I loved my beautiful doll with her wardrobe that neatly hung in the minature trunk made by my grandfather.
The hangers are very cute 🥰
You guys are the best. Haven’t been watching you for a long time but I love you.
Thann you Diane, and welcome to our channel!
Great idea 💡!!! Thanks so much. Need to get the knitting mill soon! It is great to be part of the family. PS. YOU ACTUALLY KEPT TO (almost) 15 minutes. Ha ha
Love how you help us be so festive! Marsha
The sweaters you are both wearing are beautiful and the icord on little and big hangers looks great!
Oh! The machine helps a lot!!!! I need one!!!!
They are a lot of fun!
I love the hangers there cute great idea thank you
Excellent idea, and so quick too.
Just loving the little hangers! What a cool thing to have the I-cord machine. Your episodes are wonderful and you are family to us here in Northern Virginia!!
I’m almost set for Advent lift off-I have the pattern and the Norwegian yarn kit and just ordered the I-cord maker. The grandkids will be cranking out the I-cord this Christmas season.
😊
Sooo kreativ und handwerklich geschickt! Danke für die gute Idee!
This is definitely something I will be trying, thank you for the idea.
What a great idea. They are so cute 🤩
Thank you!
For a second I thought you had tie hangers there. Was thinking I haven't seen them in green. But then Arne started and you cranked on the I chord. Brilliant idea. And it was almost the right amount of time, you get the hang of the 15 minutes there! Thanks for the video.
The sweaters you both are wearing - GORGEOUS?
absolutely love this idea! using materials we might normally discard to make something beautiful and useful is a “win-win”! Thank you🤗❣️
What a brilliant idea!!! They r soooo cute plus u get a great use of ur i-cord. Will definitely be using this idea!!! 👌👌👏👏👏❤❤❤
Beautiful sweaters!
Very cute hangars, too!
As always, you guys are brilliant! These are so cute!
I love the patterns for these Advent sweaters. I will hang them on the greenery on my mantel starting December 1st. But, after Christmas, I plan to turn the sweaters around so the numbers don't show. That way they will be winter decorations for January and February. I have already bought miniature clothespins with snowflakes on them, but I will do the hangers for Christmas 2022! Thank you for letting all of us into your home during this pandemic. It has been such a joy getting to know both of you via RUclips.
The numbers are on both sides😊
Love the hangers I’m making crochet ones. ❤️
Hangers look lovely. It really finishes the jumpers. Beware of hooking up your eyes Arne with all the excitement of cutting the wire. 😛
I love the little hangers! I never thought of the I chord. I hand knit I chords . I suppose that could work. Thank you .
Your sweaters are great. As always both of you look great.
Those hangers are so cute! Perfect for the jumpers. True story: when I was a kid living at home, my mom came upon some method of braiding yarn around wire hangers, so I spent some time braiding those hangers. I still have some! Mom did crochet around wooden hangers and I have a couple of those also. I love the i-cord to cover--great idea!
👍🏻
Haha I have some of those too still!
I remember doing that also!
Love your sweaters. Good job on the hangars
Love this idea, thanks for sharing. I have a old I-card machine. Time for upgrade 😊👋🏽
Terrific idea. Carlos, the jumper your wearing is very attractive. The colours keep drawing my eye - love it. Thanks from Australia 🐨🦘😷
What a nice idea!! 👍👍👍
Cute idea what a great way to upcycle! Thank you
Oh the hanger is brilliant. How clever. Yes it is always easier once one has been made. So sweet. Well done guys. 🎄🎄
Thank you!
I love your sweaters of this day!…especially the blue!!! My friend and I are hoping our favorite local yarn store will stock up on your new line of Rowan yarns. I Want that blue!💖💖💖
👍😍Thank you!❤
They look great. Perfect for the sweaters.
Thank you!
I love watching you guys. You make me smile. I can hardly wait to see what you do for Christmas this year. Last year was wonderful. Thanks for keeping your site going.
Hi from BC, Canada. Love the podcast. As I was watching it my husband's Swedish grandma came to mind. She had a very strong accent when she spoke english, but if she was was watching Arne she would have said he was a "very smart cookie" She loved this saying.
Its a great saying!
I love Christmas too Arne! It's my favorite time of the year, always has been. I'm getting a late start this year though. I'm off to get my mini sweater patterns and I decided I need a new Christmas stocking too. I may need a mouse, and maybe a poodle.....
I was knitting as I watched you both. I find you so relaxing and so much fun! Thank you!
It makes me so happy watching the two of you❤️
Thank you for watching Pamela!
Those hangers are sooo cute..great idea & they're just right for the little sweaters🤗
super cute idea - thanks for sharing!
That’s just genius!
The hanger looks amazing 🤩
Really like the idea and they don’t take to much storage space 👍
What a great project! Those hangers are adorable, they look so lovely with the I-cord, and beautiful on the sweaters.😊
yeah - such a good idea - i have to memorize this to do it with my granddaughter when she is a little bit older
you are my great inspiration
and christmas is coming 🎄🎅🏻 can’t wait 👼🏻
So many good ideas 💡 I need more time ⌛️in my days,
Not enough time!
I’m so in love with these hangers!!! I can’t thank you enough for sharing. This is definitely going to be something that I try. My goal is after Christmas to play with these🥰. Rowan already has shipped my yarn. I’m expecting my happy mail very soon. I’m going to start knitting on these December 1. Prim is celebrating a special anniversary this year. Too exciting!
Such a fantastic idea to use Icord for the mini hangers. Such creativity!
😀👍🏻
Just received my Primm Icord maker!! Thanks so much for introducing it to me. I love the sound! I am a wool yarn felting artist in Southern Indiana Also, I have Arne's hair style and am proud of it!!
Arne, I love how you know the colloquial word 'wonky', but sometimes struggle over a more unusual English word, which you would be expected to struggle with.
Fantastic! I thought hangers would be nice and these are great! Love it.
I love the hanger - I am looking forward to starting the balls and sweaters 🥰
I Love the ICord covered hangers! Both small AND the idea for covering the Large hangers.
👍🏻
Love these. I might make the neck of the hanger longer and twist the hook part of the hanger so that when hung, you would see the sweater straight on. I love watching Arne’s hands work. So much talent there.
