The S6 Lite seems like a great deal, but there's a bunch of small things that I'm afraid will start to annoy me over time: 4GB vs 6GB of RAM, front camera placement (don't use often), no MHL support (I've used it on my phone occasionally), S7 FE has an official keyboard option (for future). These seem like small issues, but they do make me doubt. The difficult part is that I'm always drawn for cool tech and more capable tech, but that gets too expensive very quickly...so I try to find a balance of what I actually would need/use. The S6 Lite seems like a great deal, but a tad shy of my perceived needs; the S7 FE seems to be a perfect fit, but it's also seems pricey here. what is your height? the tablets look very handy in your hands. Perhaps keep an object for scale like a 30 cm(12 inch) ruler so we can get a better idea
Congratulations on the content, does your S7 Fe screen have a yellowish tone? I saw reports of several yellow screens on this model, if you have already received android 12, did you notice an improvement in performance?
Screen has a warmer yellowish tone, looks better compared to other Samsung midrange tablets. But performance wise 4gb is shit. Just buy it for doing 1-2 task at a time, if you think of multitasking 2+ apps, every app is going to restart when you switch. Every browser tab will reload when you switch tabs or apps. Just buy 4gb if you are planning to do 1 task at a time. And yes expanded ram plus bullshit is enabled on my device.
@@arvacon Man the other day, I was using a manga reading app and RUclips music app simultaneously and while reading manga the music app would close in the background while playing music. This is so funny. I dont care if the power saver mode is turned on or off, this behavior is just unacceptable. I will not be buying anything from samsung ever again. And i dont understand what kind of idiots bought this tablet (sry for being rude) and still gave it such high ratings. I was fooled into buying this by the reviews and default specs. You wont believe me, but my moto g2 1Gb ram rooted android used to have similar performance.
An excellent review. Which of the mentioned tablets would you recommend for a student's needs, taking notes during lectures? The feel of writing is important. On offer are the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ for 825 euros, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ for 719 euros, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE Wi-Fi (T733) Tablet, 4 GB/64 GB, silver + keyboard for 515 euros, or the Tablet SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab S7 FE without a keyboard for 449 euros. Maybe some other that would equally fulfill the purpose. I don't have specific graphic requirements, I don't plan on playing games, maybe running MS Word, Excel, PPT, but primarily it would be for taking notes during lectures, later transferring to PDF or Word, sending by email to colleagues, browsing the internet, watching RUclips. The most important thing is the feel and speed of writing with the stylus without a gap between the pen and the pen trail on the screen. I'm not limited to these tablets; a cheaper option is also welcome, as long as the screen is larger than 11 inches.
Hi, new subscribie hereee. Which one is better for students? I'd like to use it as a note taking while multi tasking and highlighting pdf's. Which one does not lag as I use multiple apps to open such files?
I didn't even see the video... I have both, they both are excellent, S6 lite is better for carrying around, S7 FE has more and wonderful real estate. They both rock!
in my opinion, it is more worth it the base tab S8. That actually doesn't have a big gap for the price. I mean compare to the S7FE. and I think Samsung quite nice to make affordable tablet now.
I already have the 2020 Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. I like it a lot, but it's starting to show its age. Would it be worth to go for the 2022 version or would the Tab 7FE be a better upgrade, all things considered? Thanks
If there was a 2022 tab s6 lite with more ram, then it would worth the upgrade from 2020, but in any case, go for a tablet with 6GB ram if you want to not experience lag issues as you see on your s6 lite now. But if you give so much money for the s7 fe at 6gb ram version, then it is wiser to go for the S8 that is much more powerful with 8GB ram.

nice video , i think that the s6 is overpriced for what it offers since u can find better and cheaper(or same price) tablet (imo) that will last longer with this form factor. But the s7FE doesnt rly have competition with this form factor at this price. i prefer tabs with 10-11' cause u can carry them everywhere with u in a shoulder bag , but this is just personal preference.
@@zansenofficial every country have different price's in m case (greece) the ipad 9 and the s6lite cost about 330 euro (it was 340-350e when i was made this comment). Also the good think with the ipad is that u can find many 3rd party accessories for cheap price ( clone pen 20e or keyboard case) and will last longer software wise. Also the performance compare to s6lite is about double. If u dont want just a tablet to watch videos i think the ipad 9 is great over all. If u are from the US i think u can find it for like 270$.
@TheMrDudiness 200$ is very good price. when i had to choose s6 lite 2020 and ipad 9 had the same price 340e, so was a no-brainer to get the ipad 9 even though i have samsung watch and phone. So far so good,
I want to buy it for note taking and study purpose. Currently s7 Fe is 130€ more than s6 lite. S6 lite now costs 269€. Price is not the problem for me. But i wanna know, if it would be the wise decision to invest 130€ more. I am looking forward to suggestions. Thank you!
I've been a Samsung user for awhile. Alot of the mid-range stuff and I am close to going apple because I like the price and specs on paper. Android has done everything I need but apple can be romantic at times with the iPads magic keyboard being better than the folio style Samsung. Software rarely wows me because getting things to work is well work. ✌️
I need an advice. S6 lite has the perfect specs for me as I'm not using it for games. But where i live in Turkey they only got the 2020 version. Is there hope the 2022 s6 lite gets released in more countries or is it done now? As far as i know the new version was released in May 2022 but still nothing after 4 months, Is it normal it takes this long to be available or does this confirm it won't be released there? Should i wait or just buy the 2020 version? It will be my 1st tablet by the way and i won't use it for gaming, i might end up being satisfied with the 2020 version. So should i go for it? Is there hope for 2022?

Is the screen viewing quality that much better than the S6 lite? I find my S6 lite to be dismal looking and want to return it and get this model but only if the screen quality is a lot more vibrant and better
The dealbreaker for me honestly is that the S6 Lite doesn’t have a flashlight 😂 sounds dumb but for a tablet to not have a light in 2020 and up is crazy to me
I’ve recently traded in my old 2020 Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite for a new Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE (6GB/128GB, Wi-Fi only) via the Samsung website. I also got a $250 discount for my trade-in. My older tablet, which I’ve had since December 2021, was a secondhand unit that I bought from eBay for less than $200. Needless to say, it was showing its age nowadays, and it became too sluggish for even the most basic tasks like Web browsing. I’m a hobbyist artist/animator who likes to draw cartoons on the go, and my go-to drawing app is Clip Studio Paint, which already came preinstalled on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE.
I wanted to buy the s7 FE but my mom wanted me to have sim card in my tab and NO WAY I'm buying the s7 FE 5G. So I'm going to have to have the s6 lite :( But I'm still really excited and I'm sure that the user experience will be good. Actually, what do you think? Will it be enough for me if it's my first tablet and my primary use for it is productivity (and note taking) and digital art?
There are very often trade in offers with samsung so if at one point you are unhappy with the s6lite (screnn size or performance) you could still trade it in an get for cheaper the s7fe.

I am debating on getting either the Tab S7 FE for 370€ with 64gb and 4gb Ram or the S8+ for 741€ to use it for college. So Notetaking, multitasking and if necessary some light coding. Do you think i need the 8 Gb of Ram or will the 4 from the FE be enough. Would be the only reason for me to buy the S8+ tbh.
Friend don't think so much, note making and study purpose Tab S7fe does well along with daily uses. If you have extra bucks then many options are there.
Hi Ivan.. I'm confused about this offer Tab S7 fe with the 6gb ram version with 400$ Is it worth the money or should I go with a used tab S7 with 350$ I hope you reply 😁
It truly depends on what you use it for. If you are not necessarily looking for the additional power offered by the S7, the S7 FE is better here. It also depends on how used that S7 is. In your shoes, I would probably go for the 6G FE (which im assuming is 128GB), it will have an additional update compared to the s7, larger screen and all of that, and it's brand new. Again, it depends on what you are looking for 👍🏾

I like my S6 Lite, HATE the horrible light bleed on the bottom of the screen. Haven't seen a video yet where it wasn't detectable, they all have it, and Samsung says that the amount of bleed is fine. None of the last 8 Samsung products I've owned have had light bleed like this, so in my opinion that's a lazy excuse to save money on mediocre screens after supplying me with world leading screens for over a decade. WHY.

That is one of the appealing things about the FE or any other tab around that size. You can split screen and not worry about squinting 🔥💪🏾
It's also perfect for porn
@@praba991ify bible studies and porn, good idea, thanks 👍🏻

@@akashsahu933 Maybe you should disable the power save mode of some of the apps you use more often, so then they will not closing by itself.
Between these two I would say the fe is better but don't get it if it's more than 350 . Once it's past that just get a used tab

My S6 Lite 2020 has some serious screen burn_in issues; is that a common issue with the S6 Lite tablets, or is my display just faulty?
Burn-in issues on an lcd? That's weird...
Hi, new subscribie hereee. Which one is better for students? I'd like to use it as a note taking while multi tasking and highlighting pdf's. Which one does not lag as I use multiple apps to open such files?
How much picture quality does youtube support?
What about the Android update support? Do samsung s7fe now comes with Android 12 out of the box in 2022
Yes
Hi, does your S6 Lite 2022 have screen burn? I have watched other reviews and one said they having this issue and even replaced the item still there.
Would you recommend S7 FE for video editing? It is available here in Egypt with 6gb ram
How are they editing videos?
Does this support writing to text.
I didn't even see the video... I have both, they both are excellent, S6 lite is better for carrying around, S7 FE has more and wonderful real estate. They both rock!
hi, I am also look into it. I already tab s7 FE but also thinking about to but tab s6 lite too.
thanks
in my opinion, it is more worth it the base tab S8. That actually doesn't have a big gap for the price. I mean compare to the S7FE.
and I think Samsung quite nice to make affordable tablet now.
Do any of these offer the second screen feature? As that looks pretty useful for travelling
The Tab S7 FE does offer second screen as does the S7
Yes
I already have the 2020 Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. I like it a lot, but it's starting to show its age. Would it be worth to go for the 2022 version or would the Tab 7FE be a better upgrade, all things considered? Thanks
The s7 would feel like an upgrade, that feeling you'll probably miss when going for the s6 2022.
I must of got a deal just ordered tab s6 lite for $250 (2022 model) ...for that price ...its definitely worth it to me.

Pls help me to decide between tab s8 vs ipad air5 for long term as i am med student. And am getting both basic variant around same price so help me out.

nice video , i think that the s6 is overpriced for what it offers since u can find better and cheaper(or same price) tablet (imo) that will last longer with this form factor. But the s7FE doesnt rly have competition with this form factor at this price. i prefer tabs with 10-11' cause u can carry them everywhere with u in a shoulder bag , but this is just personal preference.
what is the tablet that offer cheaper but better than s6? what do u recommend?

Which one should I get? the prices in my country are s6 lite for 225$ and s7 fe for 370$

Looking to buy the 6G/128g 5G FE...
Hoping to get your take on it..

S6 lite will be good for portability
They're both essentially the exact same tablet except the S7 FE is bigger with hdmi output.
Yeah, not that much of difference.
Is the screen viewing quality that much better than the S6 lite? I find my S6 lite to be dismal looking and want to return it and get this model but only if the screen quality is a lot more vibrant and better

hey ivan, can i use my 33watt supervooc charger(got for oneplus phone) to charge s7 fe?

NIce!
Can I request a comparison/worth the upgrade video for the new s6 lite and the tab s8? The s7 fe is too large for me
I wanted to buy the s7 FE but my mom wanted me to have sim card in my tab and NO WAY I'm buying the s7 FE 5G. So I'm going to have to have the s6 lite :(
But I'm still really excited and I'm sure that the user experience will be good.

The display on the 7FE is much better IMO. Brighter & colors more vibrant.

Tab S7 fe with the 6gb ram version with 400$

It truly depends on what you use it for. If you are not necessarily looking for the additional power offered by the S7, the S7 FE is better here. It also depends on how used that S7 is.
In your shoes, I would probably go for the 6G FE (which im assuming is 128GB), it will have an additional update compared to the s7, larger screen and all of that, and it's brand new. Again, it depends on what you are looking for 👍🏾
